Today, at an automotive business on Arden Way in Sacramento, I encountered a frustrating situation in the parking lot. Two vehicles from Fast Signs were parked, with one obstructing two spaces, including a handicap spot. Despite other available spaces, they chose this inconsiderate parking. When I confronted them, their response was dismissive, which was disappointing. It's disheartening when accessibility is disregarded. Their excuses were inadequate and illegal. No one should block handicap spots, and their lack of concern is unacceptable. When I called the store, the woman's attitude mirrored the workers', offering a half-hearted apology and weak excuses. It's clear they prioritize convenience over the needs of others, especially those with disabilities. I urge everyone to consider alternative businesses that prioritize respect and accessibility. I don't care what your excuses, you're an asshole if you block a handicap parking space for any reason. The only exception to ever block a handicap parking space is if it's an emergency vehicle. You have to be a real lowlife to do this sort of thing, there are no excuses ever for this sort of behavior. When I confronted them, they told me I could've asked them to move their van, but I had to explain to them that I shouldn't have to ask them to move their illegally parked van, and that many people who are disabled, would not have the courage to say something to them, because they might feel intimidated . I called fast signs on January 4th and asked if they could do a banner and have it done by the 7th? I knew it was a fast job but that's why I called first. I spoke with Denise and she said yes they could do the job and be done by the 7th as long as I approve everything in a timely manner. I didn't get any mock ups until the 7th? Called in with all required information and ordered some custom decals I needed. I emailed them photos an measurements, everything they needed. I was told they would get back to me later that day with a quote. Never heard a word. I called back 2 days later and was told they would again get back to me that same day with a quote. Still nothing . 4 more days passed and I called back and this time I am told they have no record of my order . Big waste of time and totally unprofessional. I went to this place in July 2014 asked if they can make a simple golf flag for my bosses retirement. I Talked to a Christy Rucker (yes, I am dropping dimes) She said she would send me an email after I send her what it is I wanted on the Golf Flag. So I sent her everything I wanted on the flag. Did she email me back? NOPE. A month later I called and ask her "Hey what happened". She gave me some excuse, so I gave her another chance. Ok send me the email so I can see how it's going to look. Did that happen? NOO!!!!!! Now it's a week later I called asking for her, some other lady answered. I left a message for her. Did she call me back? NOOO!!! Screw this place. On to the next one and guess what I work for a big company so they not only lost a customer but they lost my connections. read more

I've used this fast signs location 3 times in the last 10 years, so I'm not exactly a regular. I will say that all 3 times they have been quick and easy to deal with. All 3 times I was getting logos in vinyl for my work truck. I did the install myself, which is also easy and saves a lot of money. They provided the instructions and tools needed. Oh why oh why can't we give no stars?!!! These people are rude lame-brains! It's almost like they don't want your business. Here goes... We went in to get a outdoor sign for the shop. It was like pulling teeth.We ordered, waited a week (Fast Signs indeed!) I called, nothing was even started! They told me I'd get a proof in a day, then they would print it, have it sewn and we could pick it up at the end of the following week, so I didn't think much about it and another week and a 1/2 goes by, I haven't even got a proof yet! I call, A different fella answers (who seems annoyed that the proof is just sitting there and nobody had ever sent it) sends it to me within the hour and we approve it. 4 more days go by and I call to check on it, some rude broad answers and tells me it's getting sewn and it will be 3 more days. We go pick it up, the sign was ok (the color was off, but it just took sooooo long I just wanted to take it!). I ask for a copy of the digital image file I paid 50$ for a "designer" to make, they kinda hem and haw about it, but tell me they'll email it to me, along with a quote for a window sticker sign that may be too big, but they'd let us know. Almost 2 weeks went by and I remember "Hey! I never got an email." I call to ask for the file and the sign quote, they ask for measurements again and say they probably can't to it, I say forget it and hang up. I still haven't gotten the email with the digital design we made and paid for. Oh! And the kicker...it was the owner I was dealing with the whole time, so I can't call to complain that the service sucks! Slowest Signs Ever!! read more

The work these folks do is amazing. They made and installed all the signs for my professional office. This store went out of its way to provide top notch signage with more than professional installation. The two people I worked with are SUPER STARS! The installer, Matt, has amazing attention to detail and a precise technique. He went an extra mile when I made an error and ordered letters that were too big for my window space. Instead of having to wait, he went back to the shop, had the letters sized down, returned to my office and installed them. And all this with a SMILE and a thank you! Christie is the other super star. I can't really seem to get any type of response other than calling on a daily basis to get an order status. On another order, I waited two weeks just to get a quote back. It's been a struggle to get simple jobs done, which is frustrating, to say the least. Although they do have time to call me and ask for payment before the job is even done! I made what I thought to be a simple request to help us change all of our logos on our trucks and equipment. I thought my suggestion on how to help me was reasonable. I have been using this Fast Signs for the last year on all my signage orders for work. I work for a commercial construction company and we place orders at least once a week sometimes multiple time a day. No matter what we need these guys make sure we are taken care of. I don't even bother calling other signage companies or even other Fast Signs. I have tried to use other Fast Signs and it's always a hassle and the prices are so much higher.
