PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! STAFF IS RACIST!! In times like this these racist store clerks and businesses should NOT BE TOLERATED!!!! I have dealt with fast signs before and most franchises match the company name... but this one is a JOKE! From the moment I entered this location I was treated as if my dollar was not worthy of their time. Truth is I went to this location based on good reviews because I wanted assistance on creating the perfect sign for my spa and based on reviews felt they seem great!! Sad to say I was sooo disappointed the way I was treated as soon as I entered the space!! I was given an up and down look by JOEY the lady who was in the front immediately went to the back like she wasn't interested in helping me. I wanted to go over sign options and was told to email the logo and they would call me back!! LITERALLY! I was not even shown any basic sign options!! When Joey emailed me the quote I brought this up in the email stating I read reviews that they would help me with formatting my logo and finding one that will be perfect for our business and asked if that was true because I haven't been given any type of help except the bare minimum quote of exactly what I asked.... at that point instead of showing me Moree options. I let Joey know that Its clear I don't fit the racial profile of clients he chooses to assist, and decided to leave this review!! Wish I had read previous review before using this location. Called to confirm that they could do graphics on trailers. Was told to make an appointment before bringing the trailer over to ensure that there would be someone there to do the estimate. Sent operations manager with trailer on a very busy day to get an estimate at a pre-arranged 9am appointment only to find out they were too busy to do it. No need to give them the business if this is what it's like in the beginning. read more
