They were super responsive and went above and beyond to get my order right, and adjust to the right sizing etc. This was my first time printing in this way for an event, and they came recommended by a friend. I will continue to support them for my printing needs and I think as long as you're communicative of what you need, they are there to help and get you the best service and print. The sign I got printed was well done and the exact sizing I needed. If you want to save a bit, make sure you send your files to them pre-sized, so they can just load it in the printer hassle-free. I have been coming to DAP on and off for over 5 years. Martin and his team are so nice and helpful. They help walk you through your vision or printing needs. I once needed some wedding invitations printed for a family member that kept changing their mind about the finished product even though they'd approved two final drafts. We printed the entire order and my cousin decided he didn't like the finished product that HE chose. Martin and his team stayed at the print shop really late the night before the rehearsal dinner to reprint the programs. No other printing company would have done that! I needed to make twenty color-copies of a document for a nonprofit presentation. I called seven places in/around Atlanta that day, looking for the best prices. DAP beat everyone else by a good margin. My finished job here cost almost fifteen dollars less than anywhere else I asked. And the results look good. Not only that, but the lady on the phone (Angel) was very nice. She made sure I was describing the project properly. And DAP confirmed that my job had been finished hours before I had scheduled to pick them up. Easy. I'll definitely call on them again when the print-need arises. read more

I just had a very bad experience with the manager of this print shop. There was a problem with one of the drawings I sent there and I wanted it reprinted. This manager refused and he was very rude to me on the phone. I could hardly get a word in on the call and he wouldn't stop talking. All I wanted was simply a reprint of one sheet. It wasn't even a large one! Bottom line, I paid them for a product that was not done correctly and the adamantly refused to correct it! I will never use or recommend this company again. By the way, I signed up for yelp just to do this review. That is how frustrated I am!! read more

Completed a small job for me off of my flash drive quickly, inexpensively, and with a smile. Only negative feedback is that at first glimpse, this business is not welcoming to walk-ins. I wasn't even sure I was in the right place upon entering because of the clutter and bustle. It felt like I was interrupting a private space. There were boxes every where, including in front of the walk-in counter and the company does not have a sign on the door to direct you once you enter its building. You have to peak through the window to make sure you're in the right place. Regardless, I'll return for small color printing and workplace jobs. read more

The worst. Stay away This company treated me terribly. The design work was difficult. You could tell the designer just didn't care from the beginning. The mistakes were numerous. The final print (Business Cards) was on thin paper not card stock, it was a task to get them to reprint on card stock. The final print they got the phone number wrong, now they refuse to reprint or return my money. The owners never responded to my letters or emails. In my opinion they have the worst quality, no customer service, and no ethics. I'm trying to get my money back through visa now. It shouldn't be this hard. read more

I used Decatur Atlanta printing to print my save-the-dates. They gave me a time to pick them up, but when I came they seemed totally confused and had not printed them yet. I came back two days later and they were ready, but it took them 15 minutes to find them. Very unorganized. Furthermore, we had the addresses printed directly on the envelopes. They printed them in a different color and font from the return address and randomly cutoff off some of the names. I ended up re-writing half the addresses by hand. Terrible experience! read more

Rude. Incompetent. Jerk. Do not recommend. I didn't even get to print because this guy couldn't figure out how to change a .tif file to a .pdf (are you serious?). He told me to leave and go change it myself and then come back. It was for a single card. I'm not going to drive home, do your job for you, and then come back for a single card. I'm your customer. You don't have to treat me like a king, but at least try using some customer service. And don't be such an asshole. Keep the attitude at home. I'm assuming I was treated like this because I only had one thing to print instead of a bulk. Still not an excuse. I don't know about the rest of the staff, but the woman I talked to on the phone sure had an attitude. Also the place was a complete mess. Super unprofessional. read more

I called to place an order here on a Tuesday early morning and was told that the order would be ready 48 hours after my proofs were approved. Wednesday afternoon I called back because I had not heard or received anything from the company. I was told that they were sending it over shortly. Wednesday night after hours the proofs were sent. Thursday morning I finally saw the proofs and approved them. One design was supposed to be a friend's logo that was emailed to them and I missed seeing that a word in her logo was wrong on the proof. I was told that the order would be ready Friday afternoon. By Friday midday I contacted the company again to inquire about the order as I hadn't heard anything from them. They told me the order would be ready by the end of the business day at 6pm. I rushed to Decatur on a Friday night from McDonough to arrive at 6 pm and the order was not ready. I had to wait another 30-40 mins after closing for the order to be completed. When the gift recipient opened her present, we then discovered that there were also NO envelopes included with the personalized cards. Not once during my conversations or emails with the sales representative did she ever tell me that envelops are not included with a purchase of personalized cards. She never even offered them. I have ordered stationary dozens of times and not a single company has ever provided cards without envelopes. From low end Walmart to high end printing companies, every single one gives you the accompanying envelopes with your order. Now she tells me that enveloped are $0.05 each after I called back to inquire. This entire process was terrible. The designs were very cute but everything about the sales process and not including envelopes was horrible. read more

This is the third time I've used them. The first time everything went fine. The second two times, not so much. They product is fine and the prices are okay, but they have TERRIBLE customer service. For my second print order, their printers were down. But they didn't tell me that until I drive there to pick up my order. They told me they didn't have it and they were having machine malfunctions. Okay cool. The next time I used then I paid for my order on the phone, that I had submitted the day before, and they couldn't give me a time where it would be ready. Not even an estimation. When I told them I can't drop what I'm doing at work just because the order is ready, that I just needed a window of time to pick it up, they said they "didn't do that." And they were clearly getting frustrated because I just wanted to know an estimation for when I could pick up my order. After getting off the phone, I didn't hear from them again. I went by later that day and my order was ready, thank goodness, but some sort of notification that it was ready would've been nice. Especially since they were unable to give me an estimation on the phone. read more
