Went to print paper work from my phone I have never had a problem until today I asked the lady…read morebehind the counter for help I was told to follow the instructions I do this once a year there was a sweetheart of a lady who took the time to help me I'm 66 years old not technically with I phone but a big thank you to the lady for the help I don't know what happened to staples I will be finding some were else so disappointed

Had to return an Amazon product and used their - drop it off at Staples system. I had previously…read morebeen to Staples to do a UPS drop off and their area to do sobwas in the back. So as I walled in carrying my box I was headed to the back when a nice store associate asked if Iv was doing an Amazon return. He motioned for me to go to the front cashier area. So I was grateful for his help as Ib would have gone to the wrong area. So I waited in the checkout line and the cashier took my box. So here is why its a 3 star review. Without saying anything, no getting or what she was doing, sheb opened my box and took out my item. Scanning it and scanning other things then placing it into a larger box, which looked like other returns. She pushed my original box to me and I assumed I needed to take that. She went to the printer, grabbed the receipt and handed it to me. So not sure if she was tired of the mundane job or feeling tired or what, but her customer service style just seemed bad. Sure would have been nice to know what she was doing and how it effects me. 3 stars were for the first associate who was truly helpful.
