Now Spinning Records is a small store, barely noticeable just off West College Street in Westerville. Easy parking. Proprietor sells T-shirts but primary goods are vinyl LPs. Towards the back of the building is a mini record store and that's where they hooked me! My record collection is largely oldies thanks to my grandmother. I didn't tear the plastic off of the album as it was a Christmas present. Imagine my son's and my disappointment when he opened the plastic and we discovered we didn't get what I ordered. The album was the correct album but the album was not the exclusive color I ordered. The company is refusing to give a full refund because they have a thirty day policy on returns. It's was pretty apparent to me, based on emails between my son and the company, the company doesn't care about great customer service or the fact that this was their mistake.

Even though the previous owners were very nice and friendly, the new owner stepped it up. I mentioned a couple of times I was looking for a specific record and before I knew it, he had it in stock. The new owner has stock and inventory that is record oriented and even has record players for sale. Under the previous management, I had been in the store dozens of times over about a year's time and barely saw customers. I've been in the store several times since the new owner took over and there is so much more customers in the store almost every time I go in.
