They also happen to have a creative variety of food (and names for their sandwiches & soups). The end result would succeed not only in regional cities like Des Moines or Omaha; it would work anywhere. The owners - including one in another review described as "bitchy" - were incredibly nice. The food had great variety and taste. Even the hot cider was exquisite. My employee, who owns his own plane, is planning on sending his flying friends here on "air trips". I'll go out of my way to eat here again, myself. You should, too.
