Again, there was a salt and pepper shaker on the food truck tray one could use. But, aside from the Covid comments above, how would one know that there was no salt on it until one tasted it, necessitating another trip back to the truck to get salt. The day of the event there were a few issues - traffic delays and such that can't be controlled - and she handled all of it like a pro. It made me feel calm knowing she was taking care of it so I could focus on the guests. The best part? The food. You can order online or at the site on a kiosk. I ordered at the site. Getting a Pulled Pork Sandwich, Macaroni and Cheese, and Baked Beans. Took awhile for the food to come out. The sandwich came out on a toasted brioche bun with the logo branded on it. The sandwich had a fair amount of pork on it but part was warm and part cold. It was chopped up well and had a nice smoky flavor to it. The Mac and cheese was a thicker style but needed a little more flavor to it. Baked beans had a more neutral flavor to them, they added a fair amount of pepper to them to help with flavor. Not bad at all. They were out of cornbread which being open just a couple of hours is unacceptable. I will give them a pass for this visit as they are obviously just getting on their feet. Hopefully it gets better.
