I left a message for Mr Mark Jackson and he called me as soon as he got home from another job. He came out and fixed the broken pipe within 2-3 hours. He was very professional and courteous. Considering how desperately I needed the pipe fixed and how quickly I needed it done, Mr Jackson could have easily drug the job out and overcharged me, but he didn't! Mr Jackson is a man of his word and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for any plumbing needs you should have! (Actually, I've already asked him for help with 2 other lower-priority jobs in the future!) They also found someone to put a sump pump in ground for me (underground spring) and it has really done the job. The crew did an awesome job.
