Flooding caused by cracked lines, heads not popping up or properly rotating, and coverage areas not appropriately aligned. Tried to fix it myself, but too messy and too many trips back and forth to Lowes and Home Depot for the inevitable wrong parts. Time for help!!! Checked on Yelp and Big League Irrigation stood out. Reviews claimed a 100% call back rate and call back within 20 minutes. That was important to me, and it was ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Vincent was able to work me in the next day, even though it was a Saturday. He came as promised and right on time with his assistant Damien, and they got right to the job. They had all the materials needed and finished the job in under 2 hours, including cleanup. Very happy with the work and the price was very fair. Service was good, billing extremely questionable…read more Setting up the appointment was somewhat easy. When Dean returned my message, he first stated he didn't work in our town it was too far. He then asked what neighborhood we lived in, and I told him. He then did a 180 and said for your neighborhood, we make exceptions. Fine. His employee showed up on time. He was able to diagnose our problem, fix 2 heads and installed a new wifi control box. I received the bill a week later. The labor charge for the installation of the wifi box and 2 heads was listed as one charge, the 2 heads listed as the second charge and finally the wifi box as the lay and final line item. I immediately noticed the cost of the box seemed elevated? I researched multiple stores on web stores and the cost of the box was 1/2 of price he was charging me. He charged us $250 for a box that retails at MSRP at $119 (most stores had them on sale for about $100). I asked Dean about why the cost was so high and he pretty much told me it costs what it costs. If you need irrigation work, get a quote ahead from them and do your due diligence. The work was great, and they showed up on time. Their billing practices are questionable.

The first two companies that I had scheduled three times each did not come or even call for follow up after their third missed appointment. My provider worked quickly and did well doing first time adjustment to the front and back yards. He found and repaired a broken supply line. My cost was $140 for everything the companies that never showed both had a base fee of $150 and said they might not even start work on the first visit. So the service and phone calls were superior. The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. I will use them again.

I called Heads Up Irrigation SC and spoke to Kim. They were extremely busy, but they managed to juggle their schedule to help me out. Chris, the owner came out personally because his service manager was off that day. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced the Valve and had everything up and running. They are Aces in my book.
