Said it would be $400. less than an hour later he was done by himself now, Got his money, and he left. Here I am 5 weeks later I am having to call someone else to come pump it because he did not actually pump it!!! He pumped enough just to get by a few weeks and he got paid. He kept trying to sell me a new septic tank. So now he thinks I will call him back and he can say No you need a new one. Nope, Already had it looked at and this is how I know he did not really pump it out!!!!!!! How can you take people's money like that!!!! He is also very Rude

6 weeks ago we contacted this business to install a septic system on our property. Already had a…read morepermit, but it was for a 3 bedroom and we only needed a 2 bedroom system. They said it wasn't going to be a problem because they do this often. They said 4 weeks...4 weeks they called and said they were at our property and we were out of town. We thought they'd do everything they needed then, because they said about 2 weeks. 2 weeks later i called and they said monday. Well Monday they came out and plotted the location which was what we thought they did when they were here 2 weeks ago. So they told me i needed to move some big pines that were cleared months ago. So now i busted my butte cutting 15 trees. That next Saturday guy called and said you need to go online and request the change to a 2 br home! Dhec said 12/31/23 the waivers for permit extensions were ended. As a business you don't stay up-to-date on current laws,addendums or codes to pass along to customers. The representative i was dealing with said it was jy fault because Dhec doesn't tell them anything.!!!!

So, when I saw Homestead was local to our area I figured we would give them a shot. We had 3 showers that lacked water pressure. These folks went out of their way to try and find the parts needed to repair the shower valves. When it was determined the parts required were obsolete, they procured and replaced the valves and shower trim. The valve replacement made a huge difference. We went from having a drizzle of water coming out of the shower head to what we had when the house was built 17+ years ago. The folks were professional and great communicators, explaining what was being done every step of the way. They showed up when they said they would and that rarely happens these days. I even asked for some quotes for other plumbing projects I would like to get done. I would recommend them based on the work they did for us.
