A month later, they delivered two gates that looked like they had been manufactured by a 12-year-old. All measurements were wrong, and worse, irregular, with vertical bars spaced unevenly and at slants so that some where 4" apart at the top and 8" apart at the bottom. Also, the materials were wrong, and the gate arch, which was supposed to be a single low bell curve meeting at the gate opening, was instead two bell curves, one per gate. The fabrication was horrible overall, sloppy would be too generous a description. When I refused the gates and pointed out all that was wrong, they apologized, saying they had used a recommended fabricator (the blame game began here). That was a Monday. They then promised they would have the gates completely rebuilt by a different fabricator, this time to spec, and have them installed by Friday, or possibly Saturday at latest. The following Tuesday (eight days later), I called to ask where my gates were. They were almost finished, I was told, and they would be delivered the next day, Wednesday, and installed then. At 11:11 a.m. Wednesday, they texted me to say they were outside. I went out to look a the gates. They appeared to be the exact same gates with the metal pickets disconnected and re-welded in a nearer to spec fashion, but the top arches were still wrong. It had now been over a month, and they still were simply apologizing (again) for t he poor quality re-fabrication. I told them to place a refund check for my $5410.00 (1/2 the total) down payment in my hand and take their gates and leave. They did. The refund (assuming their check doesn't bounce) is the only thing I can say they did promptly. If there were a NO STARS option, I would pick it. Use these newcomers to the industry at your own risk. They are awful.

Their work is so good you will be writing the next 5 star review after you use them. 5. Also have used them for Chimney sweeping since I bought my home. He is the only one I will every use. The installers Byron and Flo were always prompt, friendly, and true craftsman; the custom corners and h-braces theymade from thick 2 3/8 inch used oil drilling pipe will last longer than we will. They also used galvanized fencing byRangemaster (and this isn't the kind of fencing you get at Tractor Supply)it appears to be at least 2 gauge thicker and uses astiff twist tight knot that should remain tighteven with animal pressure. The fence has been up now for 3 months and is looking great. I can't thank the crew from Raider Fence enough for the work they performed (and every chance I get I pass along one of their business cards).

Fence construction began in January 2024. I notified them of a crumbling concrete footer in July…read more2024 -- after being ignored, passed off, and finally threatening small claims court, this was rectified in January 2025, but only after our fence was left suspended for over three weeks around Christmas and for a couple of weeks after, allowing our dogs to escape multiple times. They were supposed to come back and finish staining the fence three months ago, but calls and texts to D'Anne and Brennan go completely ignored. Appointments are made and I arrange to be home to meet them, but nobody ever shows up, calls, or texts. This is the least professional business with which it has ever been my misfortune to deal. With respect to the fence, we paid for a 7' cedar board-on-board fence with a cap. The overlap on the pickets is so thin that the nails they used have backed out in many places, creating a gap where there should never be one. I have personally reinstalled screws in several areas spanning many pickets to make sure they cannot separate, both for the security of our animals and for just for aesthetics by eliminating the gaps. I will never, ever use these people again. If anyone asks, I don't know exactly where TO send them for a professional fencing job, but I know exactly where NOT to send them.
