Came here to get started with a good vape setup. Trying to quit smoking and I'm a truck driver so I needed something rugged and something that would give me good clouds. They hooked me up with a Regis Legend mod and two tanks. Absolutely love this vape setup. Battery died and I had to charge it today. Hated that I had to smoke my cigarettes while my vape charged. I have been vaping for about 5 years now. I have owned lots of mods tanks and atomizers. I moved to Gresham about a month ago and my vape that I had with me was about 2 years old and just stopped working so I went into this vape shop expecting to just get a cheap mod that would replace the one I had. I chose this vape store because it's close to where I live and I'm new to the area. The first time I went in it was a good experience. I bought an iPV V-IT at $70 which was the only mod they had in my budget. After about 2-3 weeks of normal use the vape had completely died on me and stopped working so I went to take it back so I could either get a replacement or some money back because the device had a defect I was told that they couldn't take it back because it was damaged so now I'm out $70 and now will stick to ordering vape stuff online read more

I recently moved to Portland and have been searching for a good vape shop to go to. I've been to countless shops around town and every where I went the places were either a poor selection or not that helpful. I'm newish to vaping and don't fully understand all the components of my vape. I heard about this place from a friend and decided to check it out. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sabastion (sorry if I butchered the spelling of your name). He was kind and quick. I told him I needed a coil for my smok procolor and the one I was using wasn't really what I wanted. He was super knowledgeable and gave me suggestions without skipping a beat. Next was juice. I am probably the most indecisive person when it comes to picking a flavor, and explained to him what I've liked in the past and what I was looking for. He immediately gave me suggestions and we picked a flavor. It's like he already knew what I had in mind and pin pointed the exact flavor. I'm new to vaping cause I wanted to quite smoking cigarettes.I been to a few vape shops around town. Heard there was one in Gresham so though I would check it out. It was a nice sized shop. I like how they had the juice out on tables to sample at your own pace. They had lots of vv/vw and mechanical mods plus a great selection of all the goodies that go with them. They were quite helpful when it came to explaining the different mods. There juice prices seemed on point with everyone else in town. Decided to check this place out. The sales guys here know their shit, and a lot of their equipment can seem overwhelming, but they helped me out on the stuff I needed. I ended up buying two bottles and mixed them: Two Peas in a Pod "Watermelon Summer" and Banzai "Monstrosity," 0mg on both. These liquids are 70PG/30VG. I bought a bottom coil tank, which I've never heard of because I'm noob. It ended up not fitting in my battery from Volcano Ecigs, which has female threading, and they needed to put an adapter on it, which they covered! It was my fault, but they picked up on it. As far as I'm concerned, there are no other vapor stores in Gresham, so if you're in the area, check them out. They even have Ecigs that look like pipes. I know, it's fucking crazy. read more

I come here almost once a week now to introduce my friends to the wonderful world of vaping. I have completely quit smoking cigarettes by adopting my vaping habit. The employees are very helpful in figuring out what vaping device fits your budget and what kind of e-liquid you should get. They have a whole vape bar where you can try different flavors at your leisure. They show you how to use your new device and are very helpful with answering all of your questions. The only thing that I would like is if they had more of a variety of e-liquid brands since it seems most of their flavors are by Two Peas in a Pod. They do carry the Suicide Bunny brand which I am quite fond of. My boyfriend and I quit smoking cigarettes and decided to try vaping. Our first visit Sammy was the one helping us. He was pretty rude. He acted like we knew all the vocabulary he was using, when we were completely new to it. Then he didn't explain our options and had us get a pen. He also just pushed us off onto someone else, which was very rude but nice because Sean was very helpful and friendly. That pen ended up being the worst thing for me to get. The pen burned my throat every time no matter what flavor. When we went back in, Connor was the person who helped us. He was VERY helpful and nice and made everything right for us. I get it. Fancy store, lots of product and lots of workers equates to higher prices. But this has become a store that I no longer visit. They won't even attempt to compete with advertised online prices. While it's not as nice of a store, I started shopping around the corner and down the street at Str8vape. I can buy a 120ML bottle of Zephyr Blue Razz for $60. Fatboys was $85 last time I checked. IF there's anyone at corporate that bothers to read reviews - let a customer tell you to down size your help to 2 people at any given time. That in itself should help drive down your prices. Maybe consider a different buying agent? Face it, there's lots of people like myself that are internet savvy. I firmly believe in keeping my money local. However I cannot justify (for example) buying a mod online for $50 shiped and walking into your store and spending $120 for the same thing. read more

Great prices, great rewards program. They seem to have a good selection of equipment too. Casual and nice atmosphere. Samples of the liquids to try before you buy which is nice. The employees are hands down amazing and super helpful! My only wish was that they had more brands of juice. It seems limited to less than half a dozen and I was even told by one of the employees that two of the brands there aren't really worth it, which limits my choices even more. Visiting from New York, I found this shop via Maps search. Upon walking in the shop seemed well put together; with much far less to be said about the staff. I was greeted as I walked in, however, the staff of two was only able to focus on one task at a time and clearly multitasking just was not in the cards. I waited around 15 minutes to receive what I requested ( one box of Bo pods). With that being said, I opened the box of pods to find that all of the pods within the box were leaking quite substantially; an obvious defect. I requested an exchange for the faulty product, with which I was met with an attitude and a garbage excuse; "They are not defective, they are just leaking." A play on my intelligence clearly did not make me feel well taken care of. He did switch the box out for me for which I immediately opened in front of the staff member to find that this box was also severely leaking. I was told that there was no warranty on any of these products and if I wanted to get a non-defective product that I was required to pay for an additional box (clearly b.s. as I had not even walked out of the shop at this point. As a Vape Shop owner myself, I would have done what I could to correct this issue by offering a refund of the cost of the product or in the least if that was not possible offering an exchange or up-sale of a different product minus the cost of the defective product. The moral of this experience is: "IF YOU WON'T STAND BEHIND AND SUPPORT THE PRODUCTS YOU'RE SELLING, THERE IS NO REASON ANYONE SHOULD SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS." I wish you the best with your shop and hope you can further your customer service skills and obviously defunct exchange policies. read more
