Without a doubt the worst service and experience ever.
First of all we went there expecting to have a beer with out meal.
They had no alcohol!
There were three of us our daughter ordered a meal to stay and a meal to go. A combo to stay, she asked to change the fries to yam fries, he even repeated it, she said yes, she also asked to have the fried egg off of the burger. He told her to make her own burger. She said she wanted that burger, just with no egg. My husband and I then ordered. He kept interrupting me to go back to my daughter, do you want this or that. She said I already told you exactly what you wanted. We all ordered combos. Mine was the only one that came to the table as a combo. My husband got no fries and my daughter no yam fries. He told us that they never ordered fries even though he repeated "you want yam fries". Our meals came and he stood at the table arguing that they didn't order sides, then said he didn't hear us order. So with no combos, we had to pay extra for pop $5.95 for 2 pop, took off the price of the egg, then added it back on the bill! We paid $54.00 for an order that didn't even contain all of what we ordered. My daughter who runs a family restaurant bar, told him that if he worked in her restaurant and talked to customers like that he would have been fired on the spot. It wasn't until we were leaving that he came to the door and offered to give us our money back for all of the inconvenience. Will never return. Can't believe we drove almost 2 hours to be treated like that. read more
