When the COVID restrictions finally eased, Gallant Art was finally able to visit. But from the moment they stepped into our apartment, they started coming up with all kinds of reasons for why the smell could not be their fault. That none of their customers have complained so the problem can't be them. They even brought samples to proof it. They weren't even willing to examine our curtains until we insisted. Then we were told there was not much they can do, except to spray some fabric fresheners. They were willing to offer a refund of $60 ... for two panels of custom made curtains.
