Not even 24 hours had passed between the time of initial correspondence and actually meeting Bayram for measurements. He arrived on time and with samples of the actual products. Thankfully, he was so patient with us as we were very indecisive (too many beautiful colors and designs)! His calm, friendly demeanor and knowledge about their products allowed us to take our time to make an informed decision. Upon agreeing to move forward with their services, he and his brother, Seref were ready to install just 3 days after our meeting for the quote! The entire installation process took less than an hour to complete! They were both very professional and installed our blinds so quickly. I love the clean look. They are seamless with our window frames. And just like that, we now have custom cut blinds that provide complete privacy and yet still allow plenty of light into our home. I'm so glad we went with the thicker panels and especially like the look when the blinds are in the closed position at night as it provides a cozy atmosphere.
