They often serve chai and snacks and sometimes full dinner. Part of the reason we come is the quality program and the other part is the vibrant community that this masjid draws from the Bay Area. The masjid staff are dynamic and introducing intriguing new ways to outreach and support the community. Last point is I enjoy the architecture and art on the inside of the masjid and the outside and I know that my family does too. There aren't a lot of Masjids like this in America, I believe this is one of the few.

It is very clean mashallah, a little small but it is under renovation so that is exciting to look forward to inshallah. Mashallah They have great Shiekh's that do the Khutbah ! I am fortunate enough that it is right next to my house. There is a big room for the ladies and also a nursing/children's room too, which is so convenient. Bathrooms have nice Wudu stations, and parking here is a breeze. Unfortunately, I don't come here as often anymore since I go to Jummah prayer in SF due to work, but whenever I get the chance to come, I make the most of it. The meaning behind the masjid name is very heart warming, you should definitely look into it if you do know:)
