Their chicken tastes very fresh and juicy, along with all the dpices and sauce brings out so much flavour! I got the Chicken Shawarma plate and it was a huge portion. Service was very nice, the lady who might be the owner was very friendly and gave very good customer service. They make you feel right at home. This is not catered for a sit down spot, but you can if you want. There is limited seating. Most people just pick up their food and go. I first heard about this restaurant online, where many people praised it as one of the best shawarma spots in the Peel region. My first visit lived up to the hype--the food was great, and they were generous with the sauces and toppings. I usually load up with all available options, and it made for a very flavorful and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, the consistency wasn't there. On my second visit, which was around 8:30 PM, I ordered my usual chicken on the rocks with all the toppings. While it looked packed and promising, the rice tasted off--almost spoiled. I heard a microwave go off in the background, so I suspect it was reheated, but it definitely didn't taste fresh. The experience was disappointing, especially since I had really enjoyed the food the first time. Because of that, I haven't returned. Fattoush is one of my favourite shawarma restaurants. Unfortunately it only has the one location and it's all the way on the West end but boy is it worth the trip. The garlic sauce and hummus is crack and soon enough you'll be wanting to shoot some in your arms. The food is made fresh to order and will leave you full and fulfilled unlike your ex. This shawarma spot is one of my favorites. It is authentic shawarma unlike other restaurants that served chopped grilled chicken and call it shawarma. Service- 5/5 they are always courteous and friendly despite how busy they are. They also make sure they get your order right the first time. They are also open somewhat late. Food- 5/5 their chicken and beef shawarma are delicious. They offer their traditional rice and biriyani (try the biriyani). They offer a bunch of sauces. I enjoyed the creamy garlic white sauce, garlic paste/tuum (my favorite), spicy green chutney, hummus, and hot sauce. They don't limit you to sauces or cheap out unlike other restaurants. You can also dine in at this restaurant. Since Covid a lot of restaurants stopped offering dining in and you're forced to take out. Constructive Criticism- I wish they offered French fries as an additional option instead of just home fries/fried potatoes. read more

So, if you get their plates or on the rocks -- you have 3 rice options: lentil rice, biryani rice or house rice. If I were you, get the house rice. So flavourful and tender. So far we've only tried the beef on the rocks/ beef platter. And it has been great. What sets this apart from the rest is SKY IS THE LIMIT with their sauces! You get to choose from hummus, tahini, tzatziki, garlic spread, garlic sauce, or hot sauce.. OR YOU CAN GET IT ALL. They also have daily specials which I think are pretty good deals! I've been visiting Fattoush on and off throughout the years and they have always been a step above any chain shawarma restaurant. My go-to orders have been their classic shawarma plate, shawarma chicken on ice (salad) and their fallafel wrap. What makes them better than the rest is their amazing Biryani rice, it makes other restaurant's rice look unflavored and bland. Their garlic sauce and hummus is also great quality, and their portion size for most of their dishes is filling and satisfying. The only downsides is that their food tends to get soggy from all the sauce, and their quality of chicken has seemed to go down in the past year. Fattoush is located in a small plaza on Ray Lawson just behind the Brampton Courts with plenty of parking . It's a small place run by the owner who is the cook and personally takes care of your order with lots of love . He also has a worker helping him out as this place always seems to be very busy everytime I have been there. That's a sign the food is great and boy is it ever fabulous Food 5/5 first off ther prices are the best I have seen as far as value is concerned and for the quality of fresh well made food that they provide. I ordered the two chicken shwarma wraps for $11.00 were are you going to beat that price anywhere else, just an amazing deal. Freshly grilled shwarma on there rotesiri with there beutiful spice blend really amazing tasting chicken ..I got my wraps with just onions tomatoes and parsley with there garlic sauce and it was perfect so tasty the chicken is tender juicy not dry like alot of shwarma places ...really great food with the owners personal touch . Came here as a fluke because we couldn't find The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro. We were driving around and I had crossed over into being hangry, hubby knew he needed to get me some good food right away. Saw their special in their window: 2 shawarma wraps for $10.99 SOLD! Had chicken with everything on it. They had a genius way of wrapping it that kept things neat and prevented any drips on our hands (see pic). It was savoury and delicious: tender chicken, crisp veggies, soft pita, flavourful sauces with a nice kick of spice. Not much in the way of decor or ambiance but it is fast food after all. I think I must have come on an off day because my experience is quite different from everyone else's. I came here because of a few elite taste buds I trust rated this one at least 4 stars. For me, the wilting pink edged lettuce, soggy and soft falafels, and lukewarm mushy potatoes, make me think they changed a lot since the other reviews. This spot shares the same lot as the Brampton Courthouse. So don't be surprised to see a lot of police cars about and if anything, it might make you feel safer. Fattoush is a fast casual spot. It's not very big or bright but it's functional and fairly clean. It reminds me of most fast food spots. Service here is attentive and kind. You have a question or a request to swap... no problems. Prices here are fairly reasonable, especially if you get the deal of the day. My concerns came quickly when I spied the vegetables on display.. the lettuce looked old and already decaying with it's pink and brown edges. Not a good sign. Falafel plate with large salad & roasted potatoes - A very generous plate of vegetables topped with olives, pickled vegetables, peppers, and tomatoes. There was 5 falafels on top coated with the requested garlic and hot sauce. Unfortunately the brown and pink lettuce put me off immediately. Also the garlic sauce was not garlicky at all and the hot sauce was super mild. The falafels were not cooked either... mushy and uncooked in the middle with the outside being moderately crispy but more oil drenched. I think they were cooked in a low temperature. The potatoes looked good but they were really just lukewarm boiled potatoes with the 2 mild tasting sauces. 2.5/5 Hummus with beef - Another large dish of hummus that was generously poured in and topped with some beef that was reheated on the griddle. Though it was a big portion, nothing stuck out as being flavourful. I do have to mention the hummus was at least very smooth. I'm not sure if they made it in house or not. 3/5 Falafel side - Same issues as the Falafel plate... undercooked, soggy, and oil drenched. It's unfortunate and I seem to be looking for another spot for my falafel fix. 2/5 Overall, it seems to be run by a nice person but I think the execution and quality doesnt match what others have experienced here. A friend introduced us to this lovely Mediterranean place. I have only been there to pick up during lock down, the place has a seating as well. Nothing fancy on the ambience front but the food totally makes up for that. Probably the best hummus I have had in GTA. The portion sizes are huge. The other offerings are shawarma plate and salads as also Biryani. All Conbos come with a side and a choice of rice. They have an option of veggies, chicken, beef and lamb for their wraps as well as plates. All Combos come with a side and choice of rice. The garlic potatoes and Biryani rice are not to be missed. The Lamb and the chicken are juicy and you can feel the flavors hitting you at the right spot. I loved how the flavor of the hummus and the garlic sauce was just right and was not overpowering the meat. Top notch on flavors I would like to come back and eat here sometimes once things open up and eat the pipping hot food they have to offer. The portion is good size, falafel and hummus special dish came with lentil rice, 5 falafels, hummus, salad and potato. Potato tasted poorly, salad not very interesting, hummus is ok but nothing make me feel deserve rating higher than 3, falafel is too salty, lentil rice tasted the best among other things on the plate. A one star is a painfully high rating. Is there a NEGAVITE star?. I visited this establishment and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. In this pandemic when you enter into an establishment you see the covid signs posted as soon as you enter. I went in and immediately noticed that the male behind the counter was doing everything to the food except eating it. He was cooking, serving, portioning etc. and so I asked one of the ladies to tell him to put up his mask that he was using as a chin strap, to put it over his mouth and nose. I certainly don't want the person who is handling my food and talking to other customers not to be wearing a mask, He told me NO and then said if I don't like it there's the door. So why can't the internet and web services like google and other food review places get that corrected in their database. The last place owner and food was crap. This place is Nirvana for those wanting delicious food made fresh. My last visit there I saw the owner making fresh Hummus and we talked food. I love food and you know this guy does too.
