After asking for some quotes, Dmytro from Get it Complete was our pick because he is more independent (we knew exactly who was coming to fix). Dmytro was able to come by quick (the next day) to diagnose and offer to fix the microwave rather than a complete replacement (another repair shop we found on Google suggested to replace - which would be more expensive and perhaps be better in the long run if additional part breaks down the line) and another tech was only available a day after. Plus, I rather not send a microwave into the landfill if I can potentially extend its life. Hope choosing to fix it is worth the gamble. His price is pretty reasonable given we wanted to have it fixed sooner than later. He also promised 90-day warranty on the fix and even sourced more affordable parts (switches) and was able to come back the next day to install it. He even helped us install our microwave lights and filter for us. I would definitely recommend Get it Complete's services for appliance repair.

Having said that, the moment it came in, they arranged to deliver it and have a gas installer come and hook it up. We had been without a dryer for about 6 weeks, and they really ensured they delivered it before Christmas. Great service. PS We also got the dryer at a great price and for a small fee (btw all charge something for this), they took our old one away. Check these guys out -- you won't be disappointed. While he had the dryer apart, he noticed the belt was cracked and had stretched over time. It was replaced. A thorough cleaning was done including sensors. The dryer is operating like new.
