Bohdan arrived at the promised time. He is very pleasant and easy to talk to. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher, taking photos and videos which show exactly where leaks had developed. Costly to repair. He recommended buying a new dishwasher, which would solve the issues. He appears to be knowledgeable and confident. He even emptied the dishwasher and cleaned up the floor! Diagnosing involved moving the appliance, partially taking it apart, testing the hoses, draining the appliance, etc. His fee was very reasonable! read more

Checked out 2 appliances in my home fridge and dryer Best diagnostic fee available, charged one fee for the visit instead of per appliance as others do. Advised against repairing fridge as it would be costly. repaired dryer, cleaned it up good price and in good time. Usually repair men spend a long time doing nothing and charging a lot.
