They'll tell you that's just how it is or you'll have to deal with some of your shirts being bad quality compared to the others. I made 5 orders with them and never received any without at least one mistake. They were upset with me because I expected consistency in the print color and also expected things to be correct like quantity, shirt material, etc. Can't stress enough to not go here, save yourself the headache and just go somewhere that actually cares about their quality and brand name. Also don't support people like this.
