This is the only auto repair shop I go to in town. They are fast and efficient and their prices are very reasonable. Customer service is also the best and they keep you updated with their repairs that they're doing. They tried to get your car/vehicle back to you in a timely manner. Robert H When a tire on our rental vehicle was losing pressure while traveling from Tampa to Memphis, we were so lucky to find the caring folks at this automotive shop. Fearing a lengthy delay, and at age 81 not eager to have to change a tire on the side of an interstate highway, we were led to Fausett's with the help of an online search. A kind lady in the office quickly addressed our situation and concern, then directed an attendant to diagnose the issue (imbedded nail). Thank God this business is open and so happy the owner helped me and my friend get back to Michigan, long story short me and my friend flew down to Florida to pick up his moms vehicle because she has cancer and drive it back to Michigan where she is, everything was going great until the car started sputtering on the highway we pulled over on a Saturday about 2pm and no one was open everybody with in a 10 mile radius said wait till Monday, Until the owner of Fausett's called us back to help us, he fixed the car for a great price and super helpful I 10/10 recommend this business to everyone, the owner explained the problem the car was having and was upfront on the pricing and the time expectation. Sunday morning no one was open or willing to help with my wife and I blown tire. We had a spare but it had a slow leak. We still had 10 hours or so on the road so we needed a new tire. Found this place on the map and called up the owner. He answered and said he'll be there in 20 minutes or so. 15 minutes later he pulls up with his young boy and start taking care of the tire issue. He later finds out that he has only used tires and no new tires. He then suggested we go to Walmart 20 miles North of this place but they had a 2 hour wait. We opted for a used tire and was charged a whopping $53. He was very polite, fast, and professional as was his younger son who suggests if you stop by to go to the local Waffle House. We hit something on I-75N and realized we were losing air pressure. We took the next exit and after trying to plug it without success, I looked on Google to find a shop near us that could repair the tire. I called Fausett's and he said bring it. GPS got us there, limping in on 18 pounds of pressure. It was almost closing time, but they didn't make us feel the least bit 'a bother'. Dale, the owner, was very gracious about staying a bit late, when he had somewhere else to be. They got us patched and back on the road in no time, with what we considered a more than fair charge for the repair.
