As soon as the tow dropped us off, they looked at the truck and told us the issue and told us they could get it fixed for us by the next morning. We received the call the next day at 10:30am that the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. They even picked my fiancé up from the hotel to go get the truck. The mechanic told us that the owner was at the shop at 7am to work on our truck, knowing that we had the baby and were on our way home asap. I highly recommend this place! Originally, roadside assistance set my car's destination to a Chevrolet dealership, but it's a Toyota, so after I called Kyle to check the status of my tow, he recommended that I have my car towed directly to Certified instead since there's a mechanic there as well. Tow and mechanic? I'm all for it! William was dispatched to our location, and he contacted me when he was on the way and arrived so quickly! He also patiently waited for our ride to arrive before getting the car on the truck. I was amazed at how smoothly everything went considering it was late on New Year's Evening. We called them when we left to let them know we were on the way. They close at 5pm. Arrived there at 4:40 pm. We inspected our unit and found that some of the seals were done very sloppy. So we said something to them about it. Two of the employees began to fix it. The owner came out and yelled at his wife and told her to leave and go to her event, pointed at the other employee and told him to go inside and do his job, and then turned and pointed at me, a female, and told me I could come back another day and get my camper. Let's just say it went down hill from there! How the owner acted was very unprofessional and we will NEVER use them again! If you own a business and have employees who work for you, then you need to double check behind them to make sure the job is done correctly! When you don't then you are responsible for fixing the mistake even if it's after hours!
