I was referred to him by my former dentist when I moved here, so I didn't just pick him out of the yellow pages, but it's always a little nerve-wracking trying a new doctor/dentist. Dr. Gray is friendly and patient in his explanations, taking time to sit down with you and discuss your records personally at your first appointment. His office is very well-run; every person with whom I've interacted has been cheerful and helpful, from the hygienists to the front desk staff. Cleanings are done thoroughly but efficiently so that you are in and out in under an hour. This place really seems to run on time; I've had both morning and late afternoon appointments and never sat in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes. I had recently moved from NYC to DC and was terrified of all dentists and especially new ones. Dr. Gray was recommended by my previous dentist, so I had a lot of faith he would at least be "okay". Well not only was he "okay" I feel like he is the most detailed, sincere and talented dentist around. I had a tough task for Dr. Gray when I first met him: fix my teeth before my wedding which was almost exactly 1 year away. I began Invisalign right away and he took a pretty intense route to get me to the desired shape by my wedding. Because of this I got to know the staff very well and in the process felt like they were friends! It has now been 4 months since my wedding and I have still been going on a regular basis because Dr. Gray still felt like he could make my teeth look even more "perfect". Unfortunately, today was my last appointment at the office and when I was leaving the staff came out to say goodbye with hugs and gifts. It is not every day you find a practice that is so sincere and warm. I will miss them all. I wanted to add a few notes on the other staff who made my many many many visits amazing! Sandra is the schedule queen...she always found a way to get me in with my hectic schedule. Wanda always has a smile on her face and is very sincere!! Alta is very kind and gentle (which was always appreciated). Mindy could possibly run the practice she is quick but thorough and is as sharp as a tack...personally I would trust her with anything. There are many many more that were all helpful but these are the guys I worked with regularly! I cannot say enough about this practice. I am terrified to try another dentist on the west coast, but I am sure I can trust Dr. Gray's recommendations. He and his staff will be missed!!!!

You can read my review of her separately (and I stand behind every WORD I wrote in that review!). I was literally "walking out the door" in search of a new dentist, when (God bless him) Dr. Bouffard, asked if I had ever gone to Dr. Cuevas (back in 2011 she was at HQ of BFD on 10215 Fernwood RoadSuite 415 Bethesda, MD. 20817. She has since moved to BFD's satellite office at 6000 Executive Blvd. Suite 505 Rockville, Md. 20852.) I said no and I couldn't wait to get the heck away from BFD! He said, give her a try, and, since Dr. Bouffard had performed MAJOR dental surgery on me (at the infamous BFD HQ) and had done a perfect job, I decided to take him up on his advice. From that day until the present, I have seen Dr. Cuevas exclusively and can not give her enough praise! She cares for her patients, knows her biz thoroughly and knows exactly how much time each procedure will take. If you've got 2 dental problems and she doesn't have time to do both at your appointment, she will juggle her schedule to fit you in ASAP, depending, of course, upon the urgency of the needed work. The only negative thing is NOT about Dr. Cuevas, but the billing staff (BFD employs) that continues, to this day, to have problems. Dr. Cuevas is GREAT! The billing staff of her umbrella organization (BFD), not so much! For example, I won't hear anything from BFD for 6 mo. - a year, and then I will get a bill (back-dated for months!) for the FIRST TIME and it's got a LATE FEE! That's the kind of nonsense that makes me take my THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of business and go elsewhere! If it wasn't for Dr. Cuevas, I would have left long ago! Due to HER extreme professionalism and expertise, I put up with the BFD "umbrella" organization that she works for (and their horrible billing), just so I can get her outstanding dental service! I can not recommend her highly enough! BUT...watch out for the BFD billing system: you will need to spend HOURS of your time trying to reconcile the bills they send you with what your insurance company pays them (and WHEN)! Good luck!

Dr Rosenwald has handled a variety of dental problems for me (and also my brother) with professional expertise to our complete satisfaction. He always provides a clear explanation of a concern and the different options available. And not only does he listen, he remembers. I always leave happy. Also, a wonderful and caring staff that make everything easy and pleasant! It never seems like an appointment, but a visit with friends. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

11/8/21 My former…read moredentist retired in September and recommended Dr. Rosenwald for his patients. I had my first cleaning this morning. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Dr. Rosenwald himself. Shortly thereafter, Joy, the receptionist, arrived and greeted me as well. I was brought back by Dawn who assisted Dr. Rosenwald with assessing my teeth to use as a baseline. Overall, I was informed that my teeth looked healthy with the minor exception of tartar build up and some recession. Dr. Rosenwald was very thorough with his review and having Dawn jot down notes for my files. Robyn, the dental hygienist, performed my dental cleaning. She said there was some tartar buildup and that I should try to close my mouth when brushing to reach the back teeth and brush along the gum which I neglect to do. Also suggested tips for flossing. I was impressed with the technology in the office. They have a fancy xray machine and each room has a laptop and monitor which Dr. Rosenwald uses to look more closely when doing an examination. Overall, the office made a favorable first impression on me for both their friendly and professional customer service and advanced technology. Dr. Rosenwald's office wall is adorned with four awards which is a testament to his quality of work. He has been in practice for over 30 years so he's knowledgeable and experienced. I got billed for $1440 -- the addition apparently for X-ray and $265 for the cleaning (which was $225 8 months ago). I was not told that there would be an addition to the $1100--just noticed it on my credit card. The cleaning was more expensive because "they had to make up for the virus loss". Dr. Cram was not as courteous as she has been in the past.
