Also his organization skills and attention to detail were exceptional and something we look for in our real estate professional. He also provided a game plan (professional photos, stager, pre-inspection, etc.) for selling our home and getting the best price. We were lucky enough to sell our house before it went on the market, even without the photos or stager but this is also where Paul excels in his field. He has contacts with his silent seller program and brought us a perspective buyer who bought our home on the spot. He also helped us in our home search and was always "thinking outside the box" in order to find every option available. In the end we decided to build since that provided everything we were looking for in our next home, but Paul added a service there too. With his knowledge of future developments, we had known about this upcoming development a year before it began and were able to watch it and get in to our dream home right away in the building process, which also in turn saved us money.
