I ordered a sandwich and a fettuccine Alfredo kids meal at the intercom, the automated system repeated our order back without giving us a total and when we pulled forward they told us it didn't take our order and we needed to order again. This was annoying but fine, we weren't in a rush. We waited another 5 minutes and when we got the food, the kids meal was under filled fettuccine noodles with an already solidified yellow cheese sauce. I called to ask why it was like this and whoever answered the phone said "that's just our new sauce". It was nauseating to try to eat, half of it got thrown out. I am usually the first to criticize when something is bad, so I feel the need to compliment when something is good. Went to Fazoli's after not eating there in a long time, and to our surprise the food was really good and it was served with a smile. Italian drive through should have been the first red flag but it was open and we were hungry. My wife asked if the "Cheese Lasagna" had meat on it as I am a vegetarian. The girl taking the order said the sauce did but could be substituted for marinara. This was ok with me so I ordered that. My wife got the kids cheese pizza. I got home hungry and started eating. After a while I felt something a bit chewy and small. I went to look and the lasagna does in fact have meat cooked into it. I honestly was so mad I took the rest and threw it in the trash. If you are going to take orders at least be able to advise people correctly or ask if you are unsure. This was my first experience with Fazoli's and will probably be my last. But the bread sticks they served were nice and hot. Disgusted! The younger gen messes around in such horrible manner we went in the other day and seen 2 (guys) employees kiss. That was totally inappropriate as there were families there and quite frankly it made and my husband feel uncomfortable also because I had my kids with me. Whatever the case is or was nobody needed to see that. We noticed food sitting for a while and sure enough it was ours, it wasn't warm by the time the young man decided to bring it to us. Very poor service waited over 20 minutes and finally asked for refund after sitting watching employees horse play and use very vulgar language. (Mother f) and the manager said nothing. As well as the employee that was bringing out trays is in desperate need of a belt and dressing instructions that your pants are supposed to cover your rear not go below it. Fazolis at this location has improved from what it use to be. The staff does a great job of keeping the dinning area clean. The food is great if you need a fast italian fix. Restrooms are in ok shape considering every other restaurant is in terrible shape. To me restrooms mean a lot. If you take care of the restrooms then that means that is how you are going to treat the kitchen. May sound gross but if you go above and beyond on a restroom your going to do the same in the rest of the eatry. read more

The food here is great! Costumer service is great. I got stranded out here in Texas with my service dog and they helped me by giving my dog a bowl for her to drink out. Not only do they do business right l, they also are really kind. Shout out to Dylan for getting my dog a bowl so she can drink water! He was so nice and friendly. Came here for a quick bite to eat before hitting the mall. Waiting in the line, I noticed 2 employees in the cooking area, dancing and playing on their phones. My daughter wanted a twice baked spaghetti. As we ordered at the counter, the cook heard me and yelled from the back, "I ain't making twice baked nothin! It'll burn my pans!" Wow. I have never felt so out of place. My daughter chose the regular spaghetti. I paid and went to fill up our drinks. The coke area was disgusting and not stocked. There was no tea. I grabbed the last 3 forks and went to find a table. There was literally only 3 clean tables in the entire restaurant. A few more people tried to find seating so I had my family scoot down to accommodate a couple of elder ladies. This place has gone downhill the past 3 times I've been here, it just gets worse. I won't be coming back. Your employees are ruining your business. As I wrote this, a young man clocked in and started cleaning tables and stocking. Came here at lunch time today, everyone was very friendly and helpful, the employees coming around asking if you enjoyed your food, come around asking you if you like more breadsticks, almost more helpful than some of the service you get in a sit down restaurant with a waitress. Not Recommended, Dez the Manager forgot to put in our 40.95 order in. Not till I stood up after waiting 25 mins. I approach a Associate at the front counter I ask about our order and Dez did not know till He looked at the receipt. Dez never apologize for the mistake I ask for my money back. Dez is not manager material very lay back for a busy location. Were dove in from out of town and have been to the one in Midland much better service there. I will call Corp as well.
