Visited on 1/20/26. Terrible, unless you like extremely overpriced, mediocre food, poor service, noisy environment. At a cost $100 or so per person, you would think they would have a hostess (not present). If you want to lose your appetite altogether, take a trip to the filthy men's restroom, and there you will find urinal cakes intentionally placed in the sink where you wash your hands, and several places throughout the restroom that they don't belong to cover up the foul smell due to lack of cleaning. The waitress who can speak English, but not understand English is also another lovely part of the experience. Because she doesn't know how to use the credit card machine for a company credit card that requires a pin, both our company (same company) cards...declined. She refused to let me show her how to use it and just kept saying "declined". - for a fortune 50 company - I think not . My annoyance with the matter forced her to used my personal card and pay out or my own pocket for a company meal so I didn't just go off. We both used our company cards 10 minutes later at a convenience store; both which worked instantly. Key takeaway, we should have eaten at the gas staton, saved our money for the pi$$ poorest experience I've had in a very long time. On one final note; the restrooms in the convenience store were clean, without urinal cakes in them as well. On a final, final note, who in their right mind cuts a medium rare filet in half and tossses it on a stack of mashed with 2 undercooked pieces of asparagus before it ever comes to the table. Came here for a company team dinner and it exceeded all our expectations! Each of us ordered a different entree. We had several appetizers, and finished the night with desserts. All the food was delicious! From the homemade bread & oil, to the meatballs, calamari, and lamb. It was 10/10. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The drinks the food the service even the laughter from a group of ladies across from us was delightful. This food is veryyyy mediocre for a "high end restaurant", there was no ac on a 100° weather day, the bathrooms were disgusting with no hand soap. Lastly, I have a 11 month old that I needed to change, the bathroom did not have a changing station for babies, when I asked the guys at the front desk they said they would check another section for me (I had no idea he actually meant a section), he came back and walked me over to a section closed off with booths and chairs piled up and told me I could change her on a booth.. next to the kitchen. We chose an appetizer each, Mediterranean mussels, lobster bisque, hubby picked the lamb, and I the chicken Marsala. The lobster bisque didn't have chunks but I couldn't tell by the flavor. So yummy! Someone's fairy godmother came in and turned that hot mess into a five star treasure hidden in the heart of Odessa! Before, I was whispering to my husband constantly to get me out of here. Tonight, I do not want to leave and closing time is going to be rough on the staff when they have to evict me from this booth! We loved the filet mignon with the house salad and the mashed potatoes, carrot, and asparagus. Well, it was my husband's but we shared everything in the end! I ordered the tortellinis and that was one heavenly dish! Usually a restaurant portion of tortellini is small but this was massive and sinful with the wine sauce. He also did a half glass of the moscato and loved it. We finished dinner with the cannolis and the berries and cream. Dessert was EPIC! They look like simple dishes but, yeah, they were incredible! We came for lunch, but it looks like they offer live music on the weekends. There's a stage inside. I'm sure it gets really loud since it's within an intimate space. We got seated right away. Warm rolls with olive oil dip to follow. We had a calamari appetizer and Caesar salad to start. Calamari was great. Comes with shrimp and veggies. A white and a red sauce. Serving size was meek considering the price. The Caesar salad was crisp and refreshing. I wonder if they make their own dressing as there's a smokiness to it unlike others I've had. Still yummy. I had the lobster risotto, which is intended to be a side, but I wanted to keep it light. Hubby got the lobster ravioli. My risotto was rich, creamy, and buttery. I couldn't even finish it. It's full of grilled tomato and asparagus, along with pieces of lobster. It can definitely stand on its own without a main. The lobster ravioli was great too. It comes with shrimp too. Only thing I would say is that the ravioli and the sauce did not marry together. It seems like the sauce was placed on top after as you can see the paleness of the ravioli. Would have liked it to be sautéed together so the ravioli could soak up that sauce. It also looks strange eating a bare piece of boiled ravioli. All in all, the flavors were there. I couldn't finish my risotto so asked for a box to go. Our waitress boxed it up for us, which was nice. But when we got the tab, it looks like you get charged $2 for that service. I could've handled boxing it myself had I been aware of the fee. Just a head's up for those grabbing your items to go! Would come back. Especially for the live music. Best 'nice' dinner in Odessa and puts some of the nicer spots in Midland to shame. We've been here several times. I've found the lamb to be among the best I've ever had, so I stick with that. My wife usually orders a pasta dish and its always excellent. You can tell that everything is made in house and I appreciate that they put effort into making a plate that looks good as well as tastes great. From appetizers to desert, everything is hard not to eat 'just one more bite' of. We've had a different waiter every time, and they all have been friendly, attentive and quick to answer menu questions or even go back to the kitchen if they don't know the answer off hand. It makes me happy something like this is in Odessa and even happier to see it packed on a Friday night. read more

Located in a small plaza, typical steakhouse vibe with great service. Short visit in Odessa lead me to this gem. Ordered the filet mignon, lobster risotto and frutti di mare. Honestly one of the best filets I've had in a while. The sauce that accompanied the filet was exceptional as well. Frutti di Mare was really flavorful with a light creamy tomato flavor. I've been telling everyone this is my favorite restaurant in west Texas for 3 years. I feel silly for doing so. My steak was cut in half already when I got it (wtf? This isn't your cousins BBQ?), and it was crazy over salted. The carrots tasted like they've been left out all day. The bread was stale. The shrimp was cooked to literal rubber. For the price... Awesome! We tend to go to restaurants in Odessa and Midland at off peak times because of our 2.5 hour drive to get there. So when we do go, we try to find the best places to go. First of all our service was terrible. Our bruschetta was entirely too hard to bite into. Definitely over toasted the bread. My filet tasted like Hernard's liquid smoke. I ordered it medium and it came out completely charred. Like chewing leather with liquid smoke and o was not served to correct sides for my filet. My husband had the Seafood Paella. Again...disgusting. All the seafood seemed to have been frozen due to it being rubbery in texture. The ONLY thing we enjoyed was the two cocktails before dinner. Our server never checked on us. We were one of three tables. They weren't busy so there was no excuse other than she was wrapping silverware....absolute worst dinner experience. Definitely do not recommend. Yesterday's lunch was so disappointing. I suggested this to my family to go and celebrate my 40th birthday. My mom said she had read a couple of alarming reviews, but against her judgement I wanted to give it a try anyway. I mean, all the other good reviews couldn't be wrong, right? Boy was I wrong. We ordered the carpaccio as an appetizer. It had a tiny salad on top that was way overdressed and lettuce that looked spoiled already. We tasted the meat and decided against eating more because it didn't seem spoiled, but not great either. I didn't want to eat raw meat that didn't taste good. The capers were so overdone that they were hard. We told them we were done with it with only 2 bites missing, they asked if we wanted a box to go. (Like really.... Who takes carpaccio to go?!) We politely declined. Fast forward to getting our meal, my one year old son received his meal about 10 minutes after we got ours because they forgot about it. It should have been the first thing out IMO, but whatever. To top that part off, there were only 2 small ravioli in the dish. If my son were older, I would have had to order 3 more plates to fill him up. At $7, no thanks. I had ordered the mushroom risotto and the mussels. The risotto had a very strange taste and a very mushy consistency. They overcooked it. The waitress said that maybe I was tasting the Marsala wine they used in it. I hate Marsala wine- wish the menu had that description and I wouldn't have ordered it. Okay fine- I'll just eat my mussels. The first 2 shells I flipped had no mussels in them. I found 2, and ate them. The flavors were okay so I continued. Then I pulled THREE mussels in a row with the beards still on them. If you know anything about mussels, that is a big no no. At that point, I was done. My mom ordered the chicken picatta. The chicken was a processed piece of chicken with a mushy consistency- like that they used to make nuggets at McDonalds. She ate it because she was hungry and knew I was mad already. My aunt's flatbread was minimal at best and my granny's salad and/or spaghetti gave her food poisoning. I realize that term is overused- but it hit her about 8-9 hours later and she was up all night with diarrhea and stomach cramps. It's hard to deny that one. I will never be back to this place and highly recommend management do something about this because it is terrible. My family even told the waitress it was my birthday. She never said happy birthday or even offered us dessert. And it's not like she was busy- there were only 3 tables in the whole restaurant. That should've been our first clue. How disappointing to leave my birthday lunch so hungry with a $200 tab!!!! The only reason this place got one star from me was because I did order an espresso martini that was okay. My water was constantly being filled which I really appreciated. I don't know if they were giving us tap water but it was very good. We ordered the Calamari Fritto Misto, Flair Chicken, Frutti di Mare and Creme Brulee as well as a couple of drinks. The calamari was not good and the creme brûlée had a very thick layer of sugar though the creme was good. Everything else was pretty tasty. We stopped in for lunch on a Friday. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The complimentary bread and oil with herbs were a delicious start. The two of us shared a few appetizers, all very good: Bruschetta... topped with a wonderful balsamic vinegar and served with thick, grilled bread. Crab cake bites... appreciate that these are crab meat with breaded crust instead of mostly breading inside. Polpettes... meatballs that are very tender, again appreciate that these are meaty and not just bread crumb filling. I had the Blackberry Smash.
