As soon as he got here he pre-treated the trouble spots (stains and mildew) with a solution. My trouble spots were the vinyl trim around the windows, underside of gutters, transom window above front door, and hardiplank. While that was working in, he cleaned the 1st and 2nd floor rooftop of all debris including leaves and pine needles. Thankfully James bagged and removed all debris so I didn't have to. JR Pressure Washing price was very reasonable and James is easy to work with and follows through on his promises.
