I got the dreaded letter from the Homeowner's Association about mold on the front of my home. Be it a restaurant or a pressure washing company like this, I always do extensive research in order to pick the best company for the job. This company did not disappoint whatsoever! I called and talked to Tracy who helped me get an appointment that works with my busy schedule. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable going with them. Mike showed up on time and got right to work. Walking around the house, we spotted a few more spots that the HOA did not complain about, but we all know that letter would come soon. Mike offered to do the rest of the house at a really great rate and I decided to go for it. He was done with the job quick and the house looks spotless. One of the neighbors even stopped to get info! Do not schedule service with this company. I have no idea how good their work is but I was told they would have a person at my house Friday March 23, 2018 to perform the agreed upon service and that she would would call me the night before to confirm. Sounded good to me. She called me tonight and said she has me scheduled for April 20th because a regular customer had requested service and they could not come to my house. I took a day off of work to be here and I told her so - she became belligerent with me and angrily said she was cancelling my appointment. I have heard they do good work but their scheduler is a complete idiot. read more

They were here to power wash the driveway but he noticed green mold on the window brick and took care of that. They dont just power wash they use bleach in the sprayer to kill the mold. My schedule was 1-2 p.m...he showed up 2 hours early. The job was thorough but the clorox smell was prevalent. I witnessed him spraying into a new light fixture at the front door as well as spraying all around my newly-installed, dusk-to-dawn flood lights. Late afternoon, some of my flood lights were lit...he mentioned it and asked that I not get mad at him. The next morning my dog threw up twice and it was apparent all of my flood lights had been damaged. I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem the following Wednesday. Tracey called me two days later on Football Sunday and said they wanted to try to fix the problem....I explained that it was not a convenient time but they were already outside my house so I allowed them to try to fix one of the lights outside my gate. The sensors they replaced were not a match to the original sensors. A day later, more lights (included the one they tried to fix) were showing damage. Sent pics and text explaining I was no longer comfortable with them dinking around with my lights. She called and raised her voice and had the nerve to admonish me about my knowledge about changing light fixtures...even spoke her age, as if she's more knowledgeable than me....laughable. Point is...they inconvenienced me from the very start, were paid in full, left me with damages, inconvenienced me again by allowing them an opportunity to fix the problem, belittling me about not allowing them to further rectify their damage. They got their money and I was left with damages that they clearly cannot fix and still they would like to further inconvenience me to save themselves money. No one other than me, the homeowner, or an electrician is allowed to work on anything electrical on my home. Period. Note: If you have LED-sensored flood lights, make sure they completely cover them before they pressure wash...duh. Also, please notice her response...I'm sure it will be telling. read more

A Pro power washed my house, fence and driveway and clean gutters. They are very detailed and did an excellent job at removing algae, black mold and water stains in brick. We just had our property power washed by A Pro Pressure Washing. I am very pleased. We have been in our house for 11 years and had 11 years worth of grime and mold to have removed. He even identified that we were having drainage problems from our AC which he could see from leaking and some rust outside the house. Offered to clear the drain line for us. Mike was our technician and did a fantastic job! We hired him to power wash the house, the driveway, the garage, the patio and sidewalk. He explained the process, was on time and walked us through everything when he was done. He went the extra mile and washed the curbs, the mailbox as well as removed some wasp nests he found. He also washed all the windows! He really paid attention to detail - when he was washing the first floor windows, he looked inside to see if the water was coming in. On two of them, the water was coming in and he immediately notified us so we could get a towel. He helped me remove my patio furniture even though the website asked that the owner do that before they arrived. He took down decorative items off the walls in the back. He also noticed that we had an electronic sensor in the back and he removed it for me otherwise the water would of ruined it. He was very knowledgable about cleaning stucco and hardi plank and knew what to watch for as he was cleaning. Last but not least, his price was very reasonable. Mike is a great guy. He came by and washed the front of my house and my driveway for me. I have a decorative iron piece on the front of the house that was rusting and he removed the rust for me. On top of all this, my lazy butt needed to get out and take the iron piece off to prevent more rust building up on the house but did I? Of course not. Well Mike was back in my neighborhood washing a neighbors house about a month later and I get a call from him saying that he noticed some of the rust was back from all the rain we had gotten lately so he went ahead and gave it another cleaning free of charge!
