That being said, Daniel worked with me regarding a rough estimate via pictures and had my wife's BMW in his shop in less than a month! That was great as most of the body shops in my area are booked three months out. One important distinction is that Daniel is extremely experienced with BMWs as he worked for them for decades. He knows how to match BMW paint like nobody else. In fact, Eagle Body Works is a certified BMW collision center and this was a program he helped institute when he worked for BMW. Therefore I had complete confidence in his work and what the finished product would look like. What I didn't expect was how quick the turnaround was on my wife's car. It was ready one day ahead of schedule and it was flawless. It was as though the accident never happened. They went above and beyond by vacuuming the floor mats and cleaning the interior (we didn't do that before the drop off). More than anything, my wife's new Bimmer was back to showroom perfect. We didn't file this as an insurance claim so we paid out of pocket. While the repair wasn't cheap, every item that needed to be replaced was warranted and the price was very fair. Hey...go figure...when you mess up a front bumper with all the new technological sensors for parking and radar, it's going to be a pretty penny. They got all the sensors aligned and calibrated perfectly and we are both extremely happy with the end result. It was well worth every penny spent and we cannot recommend them highly enough - especially if you are looking for collision or paint work on a BMW. We were well informed during every step of the repair and these are some of the friendliest people you could ever hope to deal with. If I need body work or paint work done again (knock on wood) I will not waste my time looking into local shops. They earned our business!

I purchased ALL PARTS NEED EVEN 2gal CONCENTRATED ANTI FREEZE for water pump & thermostat replacement. (Which they didn't replace all pairs with the new pairs I bought for the car, according to multiple shops used pairs were placed on my vehicle) I had to buy fill my car with (3) 2 qts of transmission fluid after leaving the shop. I paid them Thank you so much they told me it needed 3qt of transmission fluid. The car was still running hot not even 5 minutes up the road they told me I had to run my AC on to keep it from over heating! SMH. I They didn't replace the thermostat at all. They told me I didn't needed. I called/ texted same day next trying to get them to correct it but they response stopped when I went with a male so they could explain what happened to the pairs I gave bought the owner Zen was very rude & argumentative & defensive, threatening to kick us out of his office after we caught him in a lie. I should have called the police. I didn't because my son said he was ok & did won't my son to be angry. I told them to put all of old parts on the floor @ passenger front seat & they didn't. I trusted them because of my son & thought I could work things out with them but when I tried to talk to Zen he had a really nasty attitude at the start of the conversation very after I told him we didn't come to argue. I was disappointed because I had plan to use this shop for towing & auto service for both of my cars & had even referred 2 others. Thank god they didn't go. Zen & his wife were friendly at start. Zen even accused me of trying to get charity work but I messaged him multiple times & asked him for the price for both parts to be replaced on my car but he never replied with the full amount. I didn't asked for any type of charity work nor save me money. I only wanted my vehicle repaired so I could drive it with a peace of mine & not have to drive with the AC on to keep it from overheating. He may have done great work for others but I didn't get that in my opinion. I wouldn't give them not even 1 star.

I broke down on the interstate after a man i was purchasing a sawmill from ,I found on fb market…read moreSaratoged my truck leaving me stranded 4 days in the summer heat without water or food ,I had finally made a carrier bearing and make shift u joint to get out of there ultimately loosing the $12,000 i gave him for the mill because, the makeshift parts barly got me to the interstate before the driveshafts came apart again ,exhausted and overheating i tried to fi, it again if only I had the $2,500 I just gave as final payment for the mill. I called my mom and she came to get me and took me to the hospital to get fluids. I went two days later I called to find out if my truck was OK and was told about towe towing and crane .so I called them ,the man said it would cost $ 2,400 to get my truck i was tapped so I asked if he could do $1,500 because I could sell my other truck for that he said no and that it would go higher daily,the next day the unthinkable happened my mother died in her sleep at only 57 years old this put everything in my world upside down I had to pay for funeral cost burial and everything that goes with it ,she had no savings or insurance so it was terrible. I called towe about a week later,I couldn't even bear seeing anyone but I had to get my truck and all my tools ,20 years worth of tools were on that truck ,a small fortune,the man was unreasonable so desperate I asked if I could get my tools ,he told me what i needed ,all i had was photo copied of my passport,drivers licence because i do work in africa i made this for emergencies,also had title in my name they refused me ,3 times and within 2 weeks auctioned my truck,to their friends and split up my tools amoungst themselves. The man admitted this to me months later,this destroyed a now 4 year part of my life i am still haunted by the coldness of these people,i pleeded with them not wanting to usr my mothers death as leverage she was worth more than that. I had to tell them but they didnt care.and e v en broke the law selling my truck way before they were allowed,and refusing me to get my tools when i had proof of ownership. It was a GMC 7000 WITH A GIANT HYDROLIC BED ,FROM DUKE POWER FOR SETTING TELEPHONE POLES. it took 20 years of hard work to fill all those boxes full of all the right tools because i bought them all new,with no help. Yall say my generation doesnt know how to do anything ,that we dont want to work ,well some of us are fighting everyday just to be able to work with people like this standing on our necks and robbing us blind.
