I wish you didn't have to give a star. I contacted the company for an updated quote and one for another style of barn. I received a call from a gentleman who was very aggressive and rude on the phone, stating that they had already given me 2 estimates, 1 year and 2 years ago, and "if I really wanted another estimate, "I guess I can give you one." He went on to tell me that their prices are $1,400 to $1,600 a stall and they are going up daily. I listened and to avoid wasting his time, I tried to tell him that, based on the off-the-cuff pricing he just gave me his bid would be about $30,000 + higher than MD Barns, Ulrich Barns, and several other companies so I would not be interested in even considering their barn that is higher priced with less bells and whistle's and warranties. But while I was speaking, he started yelling over me and told me I was a liar and that he knows his industry, and proceeded to insult me. I told him that I will definitely review his company right away to reflect my experience with his unprofessional business behavior, and disconnected the call as he was still yelling demeaning things at me. Frankly, when purchasing a barn, it's not just about the price; it's about product warranty and customer service. If this is how your business representatives act, they would be the last company I would use or recommend. Maybe you shouldn't be capitalizing on the tariffs and price gouging, and maybe build your barns in the US with quality supplies and price them in line with your competitors. read more

Polite, professional, and patient....I drug her through 15 or more changes and she performed amazingly well.  A Christmas Bonus is certainly in order were I given a vote.... Mr Fernando CID and his crew were likewise consummate professionals. His experience and depth of knowledge about the nuances of building this barn were invaluable and clearly saved me alot of money and frustrations. To sum up....you designed and built us the perfect barn for our ranch....our total cost was around $55k....which was more than our initial desired budget, but after seeing the level of effort and final product, I feel $55k represented a good value...Well Done to All! read more

Kevin Craigie of Buffalo Barn and Fence was so great with helping me design our FCP Building. He spent all the time necessary for me to select the colors. He also went out of his way to help my concrete contractor, who poured the slab, to insure he correctly placed everything required to install and erect the building properly. When the building arrived, the installers were just as helpful and efficient and installed our building in 2 days. Kevin delivered parts of the building personally and drove by to inspect it after it was erected!! I contracted to build a barn last December and it was completed by June. The installers left all the trash from the job and did not do any finishing work such as insuring there was no light coming through the ceiling into the tack room, etc, so the salesman had to come back several times to caulk and re-seal. The installers left all the trash. Each time I reached out to the salesman, he acted bothered. I did not want to make the final payment until all was corrected, but the salesman put pressure on me saying the installers would not get paid with out the final payment. After I made the final payment, it seemed impossible to get anything done. I reached out recently with some questions because the rain seems to come in dripping down the inside of the barn doors and onto the concrete. I was told that the barns are not air or water tight. Wow, I I know about the air part, but I guess I would have thought it would be more water resistant. I wish I would have known these things before I contracted, I may have made some different decisions. It was my first time building a barn and very expensive to not have good support or service. read more

FCP just finished installing our 10-stall horse barn and we couldn't be happier. It took so long to get through the permitting process with all sorts of requests from the city of LA but FCP's point person Stew, the Spangler Construction team and the barn engineers got everything straightened out for us. Darren and the installation crew worked long days to get it built and were so careful with every panel not to scratch it and all of the assembly was flawless. Nice folks all around. Called to place an order talked to I believe her name is Kathy. She was so unpleasant and made me feel I was bothering her. She laughed rudely at some of my questions which made me feel I had to actually defend myself replying "I apologize for asking maybe silly questions but I want to get the most detail" as I kind of had a larger type order for them, so very rude, she made me feel very uncomfortable :( I had forgot to ask her a question called back got a voice mail, left a message with detail never got a return phone call so I took my business elsewhere after all that. It was for the best because this company is over double the price for the exact same product I purchased at another supplier. read more

Kyle Carter was a true pleasure to work with. He spent time with us explaining all of the options and features to ensure we designed the barn we were looking for. We were having it erected out-of-state, and as you can imagine, that brings certain additional challenges. Kyle helped us find foundation / concrete contractors who could provide quality services. If you are looking for a poorly designed/engineered barn that will be unbelievably late you have the right company. I have never in all my years of construction ever worked with such a shitty group of people and crap product. All I can say is don't walk but run to Barn Masters. They maybe a little bit more but worth not having to wait 4 months for an extremely poorly made mare motel that was supposedly a "kit mare motel". I now have to pay another company to come in an fix all the bad welding, purchase all the missing parts and literally redesign my mare motel. Your horse deserves better. read more

FCP builds a quality product. Cheryl Spangler was great to work with, from the planning to working with my cement contractor. She had great insight to helping us realize our vision. We live the Texas Panhandle and winters can be very cold. My wife wanted a dog kennel inside the horse barn, where they could go out into runners if they wanted to. Cheryl made it happen, from researching to design. My wife Janice could not be happier with her new horse barn.
