I called them on a Monday, and they were there Tuesday morning for a driveway and backyard pressure wash. I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. We just had our brick planters in front of our house cleaned by KC. We had never noticed how the years had discolored the whole face of the planters with a white looking film that occurs as the years go by. It's easy to not notice since it happens over time and you don't realize the bricks didn't look like that in the beginning. KC did a great job cleaning that off and uncovering how it used to look. We were told you cannot wash, scrub or just power wash it away. The discoloration literally had to be "sand blasted" off. It was quite a job, but done very well. They were on time, answered any and all questions, shown before and after photos from other jobs and their clean up was perfect! They are super friendly and very professional. I have a 20+ year old fountain, it had gone completely white.... that's not really the look I'm going for, so I had it soda blasted! it removed pretty much all the Calcium, and the surface color too, PERFECT! Now I can apply the acid based color of my choice and enjoy the fountain again! The job took about 3 hours with setup blasting and the clean up! very Happy with the results! It sure beat spending many hours washing the fountain down with weak acid, too much work there, and recording is silly spraying the color on, waiting a day, then the epoxy sealer! I will begin my saying AMAZING!! My elderly parents wall was tagged and it made me beyond sad, as they have owned this home for almost 50 years, and take such pride in it.
