I thought the work was too much for one person to handle but Dwight continued slugging away for 13 hours and finished the work. The stones we had put on our front stairs were failing after 15 years and there were a number of bricks starting to break down on our over 40 years old house. Since we are a corner lot our home is exposed on 3 sides and a lot of snow, ice and rain damage occurs. I was very impressed by this very personable young man and the work ethics and diligence he showed. His professional attitude towards the work and his constant double checking the alignment of the stairs and bricks with levels assured me everything was being done of the highest quality.

All the sloping was done towards the foundation. There was no consistency and the pools of water close to the foundation were so large that they won't dry out even after 2 days of rain. The work was neither functional, not aesthetically pleasing, to say the least. We had a very bad experience with this company and had to get all the work redone through another contractor. They damaged our fence, windows and doors and were a constant nuisance for the neighbourhood. They claimed they had 18 years of experience but we later found out that this was a new company and they sent workers who had no experience in this type of work. The website said they have 6 years of experience and showed images that have been grabbed from other websites. They have now taken their website down.

During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had.
