For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had. Before booking with groundworks I read only stellar 5 star reviews, and I am confident in saying they are all well deserved.

Any warranties provided by J&S are invalid." I am a customer but they never informed us of this until just now. We have an extended warranty on an air conditioner, as well as a 3-year service plan they failed to honour. J&S had only one HVAC serviceman working who was so incompetent he came here eleven times, never fixed our air conditioning problem, installed simple thermostat wires backwards, then tried to sell us a new furnace. When I called another company for a second opinion, turns out the furnace only needed a small part replaced. Even though they're still around and made a minor name change to JS Home Services, they have likely left numerous customers stranded, as they did us. If you are a homeowner or commercial business, save yourself money and headaches. Do NOT do business with JS Home Services or the owner, Mike Rizzi, in Newmarket ON.
