This just keeps getting worse and worse. Not only do they keep raising the rates, but 3 times now within the last 12 months they have missed our entire street for pick up. The customer service stinks! They first ask you "when did you put your trash out?". As always, the night before (our pick up is on a Thursday), on Wednesday. So I call on Friday afternoon, giving them time to maybe come by on that day......but nooooo. Now it will be picked up on the following Monday. Why was the whole street missed? They never have an answer to that, or they just do not want to say. There are only 2 of us and we have the 1 trash can and it is usually full come trash day. What am I suppose to do with trash over the weekend? You cannot leave it outside because animals will get into it. So I have to leave it in my home for 3 days!!!! Would not be so bad if this was a one time ordeal, but not the case. Third time! I will not be renewing again! Too many other options. Should not have to keep dealing with incompetence. read more

their customer service is just horrible they didn't pick up our trash called them put on hold for 20 minutes talked to lady she said she put us on list to get trash removed called back on Friday after another 20 min. she said same thing still no pick up Monday couldn't get through at all Tuesday trash still out at curb just horrible read more

This company is great! The guys are very kind and neat!! Cans are always emptied, set back upright and lids are placed with the cans!! Thank you very much. Would be great if they had recycling in this area. read more

Since July 1st we have had problems getting our trash picked up. We are paid in full 3 months in advance, and all we get is, "our route is too big", we don't have enough help, etc. I am done. time to move on to their competitior. this NEVER happened when it was FDS read more

I can't believe this company charges us to haul away our trash but then doesn't come to the house to pick it up. They want me to haul it half a mile up the road to pick it up, why should I pay them if I am doing half of their job. We pay for garbage disposal with our property taxes but then still have to pay the company quarterly to have it picked up. If we have to pay they should have to come to the house. read more

This company has changed names several times over the years, but service has never improved. Once I put my trash pick up on hold for 3 months as I was going away. Well, when I came back, I had to pay for the 3 months anyway. Recently, I received different bills, different amounts. So, I paid the huge amount. The next week I get another bill, different amount, so I paid the bill! The next week I get another bill, different amount, I called and was told I had to pay it, I said NO send me a refund and cancel my service. That was over a month ago. I called this morning and asked where my refund is at. I was informed I never asked for a refund, so they just keep it. I said Hell No, I want my refund and I want late fees for having to wait for it!!! I was told it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get a refund. Now I'm 67 years old, How many old people do they screw over? We pay our bills with some trust, but it looks like Advance Disposal counts on this to make extra money. They won't allow you to talk to ANYONE other than the call center. Beware People, FDS/ Advance Disposal, And now Waste management is a total rip off with NO one over seeing the actions they take!!!!! Horrible Company read more

this company, now advanced carting is terrible. They changed our pick-schedule without notifying us in any way. They change our recycling to once every 2 weeks.Of course no reduction in rates.When you call them it is basically "too bad". When I asked them the reason I was not notified of the changes,reply sorry but we will e-mail a new pick-up schedule.Never happened.I have tried to call them since,their phone # is not working.Believe me if you are ever late with a payment they will call immediatly and tell you that they are stopping pick-up. read more

This is the second time that I am giving this company only 2 stars. It should be only one. The recycling division is terrible. Many times they have missed us. Then when you call them they say they will pick it up tomorrow in their regular garbage truck.. That is not only an insult but illegal and they can get fined $4000. When you spend the time and effort to separate to recycle and they tell you that they will put it in with the regular trash!? Next time I will be reporting this company to the SWA. read more

We will not use them again, never had problems when it was FDS. Ok so when they changed over to advanced, this was my experience, so it had felt like it had been about 3 months or getting closer and I did not receive a bill so I called and asked ,hay did I receive a bill yet , did it get lost in the mail? The lady said no you should receive a bill at the end of the month or the beginning of the next ,me oh ok can I pay it now , lady well your statement is not reddy yet , me ,ok well I'll just wait for it then thank you , about a week later,then I call to complain about trash being in my yard , as it looked seem like they took the bag and ripped it open and flung trash all over, was also a bag of trash left in the can , I called complain they stopped,awesome , then I guess I made the guys mad or something because I got on video my 50-60$ can ran over, to where it's not usable, called waited on the phone for more than 30 min so I left a voicemail, (apparently no one reported the voicemail now I'm having billing problems I'm done just done. read more
