From the moment I called and found out they would come to my house for free to give me a quote, to the moment I decided I was going to move forward with their services, each person I came in contact with was pretty amazing. Kind, polite, efficient. I was amazed at the teamwork and how seamlessly they worked together to remove items from the house. Honestly, I learned a thing or two! Who knew one could find inspiration from the seemingly mundane task of junking items. But I did. Needless to say, I got so much more than I bargained for and highly recommend using Junk King. They were at my house in about an hour after my call and the truck itself fits way more than what it looks like it can. First you do a walk through and then they give you their expert opinion on whether or not everything will fit, how many truck loads you may need, and the price. If I remember correctly, the truck holds up to 6 pick up trucks worth of items. I can attest to the fact that they really accurately were able to give me an idea of how much space I would need. In the end, they were spot on.

The customer service stinks! They first ask you "when did you put your trash out?". As always, the night before (our pick up is on a Thursday), on Wednesday. So I call on Friday afternoon, giving them time to maybe come by on that day......but nooooo. Now it will be picked up on the following Monday. Why was the whole street missed? They never have an answer to that, or they just do not want to say. There are only 2 of us and we have the 1 trash can and it is usually full come trash day. What am I suppose to do with trash over the weekend? You cannot leave it outside because animals will get into it. So I have to leave it in my home for 3 days!!!! Would not be so bad if this was a one time ordeal, but not the case. Third time! I will not be renewing again! Too many other options. Should not have to keep dealing with incompetence.
