I called at 3:30 pm letting the piercer know I'll be arriving in the next hour. I arrived at 4:00pm and the piercer and what look like the owner or manager were leaving and locking the door. I asked were they closing they said they would be back in a hour and a half? It's currently 6pm no one has arrived. read more

As much as it pains me to do this and I have went as long as I could without having to write this and exhausted all avenues, I have to say this is the most disappointing experience I've had in a long time from a tattoo artist. Especially one that did good work. I've reached out numerous of times via every avenue (FB, IG, email (mostly) , left messages, left messages with his colleagues, drive by and even sent someone else in and ED TAYLOR was there with another client. Like if you can't, or didn't want to continue with the second session of my tattoo just make it known is what should've been made clear originally and I wouldn't have wasted mine or your time and energy. This tattoo and piercing shop has Some very talented artists with very reasonable prices. They're very knowledgeable and professional. I've gotten my nipples pierced here twice out of the 5 times that I've had them done and this is the only place that pierces them straight and in a way that caters to the healing process . I also got a much needed /motivational tattoo from here as well from whom I believe is the owner of the shop (his room was located in the way back of the shop). His hands were gentle, almost to where I practically didn't feel the tattoo. I didn't have a picture of what I wanted , but explained to him my vision and the meaning/purpose behind the tattoo, and he absolutely perfected it. With Covid still being present they do very well with keeping their clients separated/spaced out . By not scheduling too many people at once , and requiring that you not bring too many tag alongs who aren't being serviced. At the time that I went they were requiring that you set up appointments rather than just walked in. However I was able to get same day appointments each time I went. The location is kind of ducked-off on the 35 service road so if you aren't paying attention or driving too fast it's easy to miss it, and then you'll have to drive all the way around lol . For all tattoo and or piercing fanatics (like myself ), this place is definitely worth checking out. read more

DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE. i got my medusa pierced here about a week ago and it was the WORST piercing experience that i've had. i was pierced by zach, although he was sweet he fucked my shit up for a lack of better words. he pierced my frenulum to my lip, gave me a bar too short, and the flat back of the jewelry was too small. After getting pierced, he asked me how it felt and i told him that it felt a little snug (before swelling) and that i would be more comfortable leaving with a longer bar, his response was "it's probably because you just got it pierced" (mind you i have 4 facial piercings already so i know what feels right and what feels wrong) I told him that i still wanted a longer bar so he flipped my lip back up to look at it and told me it would be fine and to come back if i had any problems... within less than 24 hours my lip started to eat the flat back part of the jewelry, i ended up having to take it out immediately the next day. I went to my usual studio to get it re-pierced yesterday, when my piercer was putting the clamps on she looked at it and said "he also pierced you at a weird angle," the jewelry was angled up. it's safe to say i will not be coming back and i will forever be faithful to my usual piercer. read more

Zack was friendly and professional and he pierced my bellybutton and my Cartlidge in both ears and I have to say it was easy Peezy and quick! It was also relatively painless! Stopped in on my way home from Dallas and needed to replace my Spencer's jewelry with quality so the tenderness would go away. Zack greeted me outside and walked me in. Inquired about what was going on and let him know I had lost my set of bars and needed to replace them. He measured and got me a set of what I needed and put them in. He was great and very polite!!! I've pierced my nose here and my belly button, really a clean place. Guys are really friendly and talkative.

I heard of this place from a coworker and I went to check it out. My artist was Corey and the work he did is amazing. The shop is clean on the inside and in the parking lot as well. You might be saying, the parking lot, but yes the parking lot. If you go somewhere and the outside looks like crap, what will the inside look like?! Awesome place to go. I've gotten all three of my tattoos from here, all still looking great. Gotta say Sean's my favorite artist, he did my last tat and told me he couldn't wait for me to come back so he could give it more detail. Good prices; I've never spent more than sixty dollars for tattoos the size of my palm or bigger. Also got a piercing from here; they were very patient with me.
