I have stayed with them ever since, since 2006, because they are fantastic. Dr. Curt takes the time to answer your questions and give advice on taking care of yourself. There are no fancy gimmicks or gadgets or motorized tables here, it is all straightforward and effective personalized care. I have crawled in and walked out many times. Their massage therapists have always been skilled at working out the kinks, and I have been particularly appreciative of one of their current therapists, Rachel. When she's done working on whatever is broken and you then get an adjustment from Dr. Curt, you are healed! The staff is always happy to help and make arrangements for you, and I have even been able to make emergency appointments outside of business hours a couple of times, as Dr. Curt is always engaged in knowing his patients and being accessible. Also, his brother Brandon has his own chiropractic practice out of the same office, and they help each other out by taking care of each other's patients if you have an urgent need to be seen, making it easier for them to absorb unplanned visits when absolutely necessary. The office also has a fairly good line of naturopathic remedies and supplements available if that's your thing, but they never press you on buying any of it if that's not your thing. But what I really appreciate is the tailored services specifically for your needs. Typically I'm seen only as needed. One of the receptionists told me she had severe sciatica and that Dr. Scott had treated her very successfully so that was the reason, along with the 5-star ratings, that I went in. Dr. Scott took X-rays of my back, and a nurse measured the muscle tightness along my back which they forwarded to my email. I went in with severe sciatica being barely able to walk and in so much pain that I couldn't function. After the X-rays and muscle tightness exam he used some sort of a electro-mechanical hammer on my back which did nothing. I was released and told to put ice on my back. That's it: no adjustment, no instructions, no exercises. Nothing. I went home, put ice on my back as instructed and was in agony all night. I immediately went looking for another chiropractor. I found one and went the next day. They treated me and I immediately felt much better. As far as I can see Dr Scott did nothing to ease my pain. I picked the wrong chiropractor.
