I am very happy I found this chiropractor! i have had low back issues since fall and went to another Chiropractor for over 40 visits which didn't do much to improve my back! He gave the same quick adjustments to all his patients which took only a few minutes. I recently moved to Battle Ground and found Dr. Thompson who spent a good amount of time with me the first visit and did more therapeutic treatments that the prior chiropractor never did! I went back yesterday for my 2nd treatment and what a difference I feel today! He used different techniques along with adjustments and the traction table felt wonderful! The Wait: My first Appt took the longest because I had a ton of stuff to fill out, but that's expected with any first office visit. Since then, my wait time is minimal. The Dr: I've been seeing Dr. Katie for a while now and I appreciate how thorough and helpful she is! She always listens to what's going on and adjusts what she does to address my needs. Don't go here is you have a work injury, they won't bill correctly, or let you know that another MD billed incorrectly, and then they also won't bill your regular insurances for it and then have you continue to come in for treatment and tell you "It will all work out don't worry about it." Then before you know it you are billed $2,000.00 and they will take NO responsibility for their mistake, and then send you collects when you refuse to pay when it was their fault! Avoid this place. They have zero accountability. Started off as an ok place, but once it came down to getting orthotics this place became a nightmare. They have a machine that scans your foot and they send the scans off site to a third party company called "foot levelers." Well they Orthotics are very expensive around $240. I bought a pair and ended up going back to regular shoe insoles due to foot and back pain. After going back to regular insoles this pain has completely gone away and I feel fine. My wife has had 3 different sets of orthotics and promised a free set for all the problems associated with the orthotics. The third pair was made so incorrectly that a new problem began. The problem is with overlapping material and a gap with less material. We have a Doctor's note explaining the Orthotics were made incorrectly and are of no use to her, and causing more harm then good. Both companies are refusing to take accountability for shoddy workmanship and poor quality of their products. We have made repeated calls to clear choice chiropractic, so many calls that they know my wife's voice. They tell us that they give DR. DAN all the messages. So it appears that he won't take accountability for product he pushes so hard to sell. The receptionists sound frustrated and short with us and we're only looking to return a defective product that they sold to us. If I could give zero stars I would reserve that for this business. I do not recommend this business. I take my business elsewhere and tell all friends and family to avoid this place. read more

I love this place! They take each case as an individual and it's so nice when you walk in because they talk to you like they would a close friend. I've been going here for about a month now due to a car accident. I feel that Dr. Katie is very thorough, she listens to my chief complaints and I feel like I can really open up with her. I don't feel like it's strictly and Dr and patient relationship, I feel like we have a friendship as well. She lets me know how I as a patient can help this pain to make it better too. I love the front desk associate Sara as well! I feel like I'm on a friendship level with her too! She always asks me how my day is, how my son is doing and everything! I have had to call a couple times to change my schedule around completely and they are so accepting and understand if it. So it's a team effort. I chose Clear Choice based on the convenience of its location but should have done more investigating before being treated here. This was my first accident so I didn't know how it all worked especially when I wasn't at fault. I learned later on after being involved in a more extensive accident and hiring a lawyer that Clear Choice has a reputation in Vancouver for over treating their patients and also billing for services not rendered. I have to say Dr. Raynel Hunt is a great person and doctor but I don't feel that I was informed with the right information as far as treatment and care goes. I was in a minor accident and was treated for a year, with no referrals or reasons as to why I wasn't getting better and when I should stop being treated. After my second accident I was advised by my lawyer that when you are involved in a minor fender bender the insurance company will only look at the damage done to the vehicle to determine how you will be compensated not by how long you are being treated for your neck, muscle-tissue injuries. I feel it is important to make people aware that Clear Choice will treat you for years if you keep going, trusting they have your best interest in mind. That isn't the case, they will keep collecting money from you as long as you keep going. There were also many discrepancies with my bill, services I never had but was charged for. I brought this to the attention of their billing department and was told they will do nothing about it. So bottom line, do your research before being treated at this office. read more
