Typically this is while traveling or camping, and I have extremely low expectations of the experience. Tonight changed that standard. Long story short, my dryer is out of commission and I had a big ikea bag full of wet laundry that needed immediate attention. I drove past another establishment because of the reviews for this place. Super clean, welcoming space, even a roomy restaurant room. I just needed a dry so I came to the left wall and picked my lucky number machine and let er rip. $1 for 24 minutes and I can use a CC? Yes please. (Though I did stare at the machines trying to figure out which reader worked which dryer but that's my fumble. Maybe bigger arrows would help?!?) There was a game show running on a large screen tv with the volume down enough that my AirPods could noise cancel the sound. Free WiFi too! It was 84 degrees at 8pm and after a long day doing errands in the heat, I greatly appreciated the frosty AC. Honestly, the only thing to improve the experience would be a cold beverage vending machine. Bravo Revolution!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I dropped my dress off for dry cleaning and picked it up the next…read moreday. I put my dress on for the event and realized they cut out the wiring in my dress and broke the clasp. I did not need alterations of any kind to this dress. I only paid for dry cleaning. I have no idea what compelled them to cut into and destroy my dress but they did, and when I called I was told by them that "this is not my problem" and I told them I would be coming in to get it fixed and to get my money back and they said "okay byeeeee" EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and could not admit their mistake. Instead, they blamed me and told me I did this to my own dress. We brought it back to them and their "fixing" it did absolutely nothing and looks horrible. The dress is unwearable now, as it falls down. $250 dress completely destroyed by these people and I couldn't even get my money back from them. I will NEVER go here again and I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHING RUINED.
