I brought my daughter in to get her prom dress hemmed and some other alterations done. We had decided to not sew it back on because we thought it would look ok without it. Sue told us she would hold onto the trim just in case we didn't like the way it looked without it. When we went back to try the dress on and pick up, Sue had sewn the horsehair back onto the dress because she didn't think it looked good without it. The dress turned out beautifully! I am so grateful to Sue for doing such a great job and genuinely caring that the dress looked perfect, even knowing that she had already priced out the job for me and how much extra time went into it!! It was in good condition, but it was yellowed and there were a few brown spots on the lace. Boy was I glad I chose to have them do the job. Took clothes there, first, half the washers were in use, 1/3 were broken, rest were super expensive. Had to use large overpriced ones. The drying experience was a bit better, except TWENTY FIVE CENTS FOR FIVE MINUTES!!! There was a back room, but, it resembled a part of my filthy garage. Oh, I put change in a machine up front, it stopped taking change after I put in around 3 dollars, only gave me back 1.75. I'd rather get neutered than ever going back there again.

I put $4 in then still had to wash clothes again because clothes not washed! Washers flooding with water on floor! Then to add to that coin machine took a dollar from me but only gave me $0.75 in quarters. Now any reasonable person knows that nothing is perfect and things happen. It would be nice to have an owner/attendant/supervisor on site to fix these normal issues but NO. THERE IS NO ONE HERE! NEVER ANYONE HERE! It's my 3rd time here and I won't be returning. Word is the owner lives in a whole different state!
