After about 30 minutes, I was able to get an appointment and plenty of information to get my application completed. Way better than the DMV.

At first, it was weird because as soon as you enter the office, there's a security sitting but very helpful instructed me to take a number and fill out a paper. After my number was called, I was informed that someone will call me but not sure whether to stay or leave, so I decided to leave and run some errands. The customer service I received was exceptional. I went to this office in person to take care of a…read morematter for someone. I was greeted as soon as I entered. The staff person approached me to find out what I needed. I had the necessary info/documents, so she advised me to place the package in the drop box. She explained when the staff person(s) would pick up the drop box contents. Needless to say I was in and out of the place in about 5 minutes. I was so impressed with the personable customer service this staff person provided to me. About a few days later I received an approved document in the mail. Based on the date/time stamped on the envelope and documents, my package was worked on and completed the same day I dropped it off in person. Kudos to the staff person that worked on and completed it so quickly. The staff in this office are professional, personable and very efficient! Plus I also think that they have the policy here of "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." I mean I can tell by a person's facial expressions and sometimes the way they talk that they aren't happy people, but at least they're not attacking me verbally or giving me completely wrong information like has happened before. We were told some wrong information on our first visit and had to use more resources than we probably should have, but the woman who helped us and gave us the slightly incorrect information was so friendly I don't really mind it that much because I'm thankful that the people who help you are nicer here. It's not the best place to be, but at least it's not as horrible as it could be. I understand that we're all human and make mistakes, which is why I give this a four out of five.
