Fed Ex does not deliver to apartment doors, they just leave on the landing. They are very lazy, I noticed that on other delivery drivers.

Minneapolis moving services are some of the most expensive anywhere I've experienced. I hope that simply means that MN companies pay their labor well. We paid $1365 + $180 tip (optional, but come on) for a 3-man crew at $260/hr (2-hour minimum), and we obviously also provided snacks and drinks (they declined breakfast). For comparison, in San Francisco it was $250/hr for 5 men. The rate was with both the weekday discount and winter pricing. Weekend would have been $285/hr for 3 men, and $345 for 4 men. There was no trip fee. Robert, in particular was incredible; he moved a 6 drawer dresser down a tight stairwell alone. They needed to remove the front door at one point, but did so without issue. They also were happy to use our own furniture pads and plastic wrap (leftover from a cross-country move). At one point, they had to back the huge truck through the alley on icy ground, and had no problems. Also, it was easy to provide them inventory by email, and easy to reach them by phone. Lots of moving companies were annoying to contact, which is partly why we chose this one. One a few minor issues: one piece of furniture was shedding pieces of wood. I think they were reinforcements put on by previous owners. I didn't even know they were there, and it doesn't seem to have affected the furniture. They also forgot a couple of items in the yard, including a big smoker we had to move on our own. It's partly my fault, I told them we were good to go. Also, we were made to sign a lot of paperwork, and at various points it was for things like "you confirm that nothing is broken and everything has arrived" and, like, it's weeks later and I'm still unpacking, there is no way I would have known for sure. It's fine, because so far we have had no issues, but if someone did have issues it might feel like being strong-armed via contract. The guys in the truck were just doing their jobs, so it's the process that is problematic more than anything. We would use these guys again!

They are organized, efficient, and bring an excellent variety of supplies. They work with you as you transfer one home to another or in our case storage. Our crew Kai, Zong and Bob were awesome! Nordame W., chrisean U. and Dayshawn P were the movers and the sole reason I am giving Triple AAA 5 stars. They were professional and friendly! We ran into an issue during the moving process where my oversized couch would not fit into the new apartment. It certainly was a struggle with the angles of the entry way and ceiling height. During this process one mover called Chris at triple AAA. He provided no support for my mover stating if it doesn't fit it doesn't go in. Chris then called me to tell me that they have storage for a monthly fee or they could discard it for me. Dayshawn was determined to get the couch into my new place. He saran wrapped it and the guys got it in. Seems easy but it was so tricky to do this. I called Chris back to let him know how happy I was with the movers and he couldn't care less. All in all the only reason this company is getting 5 stars is for the three professional guys who moved me. They were the only ones who actually cared about me and my move. The company (Chris) didn't care. THANK YOU, Dayshawn, Chrisean and Nordane for making my move possibly and taking care of my belongings. I hope TRIPLE AAA starts to value you the way you all value their customers! They are lucky to have you!!

Not the 144 lbs it does weigh. They did not mention there was a weight limit, so we needed 2 trucks and were told to get a U-Haul. Then, when their truck came - no word on how it would make it to our new state for 10 days after I emailed and called multiple times. Charged my credit card without permission, and would not guarantee the furniture would be wrapped. The company is not honest, nor does it take pride in its work. Unprofessional. Be smart, stay away.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous through the whole process -- both the movers and the office staff. The only issue I had was that I was told I would be called to complete payment (as I wanted to use a different payment method), but the call never came, and I was charged a significant amount more than I had been quoted. While I still paid full price, my concerns were handled quickly and professionally. If you're looking to move a piano, I highly recommend this company.

They took $150 deposit when she spoke to the young lady in the office and setup to be at her apartment in Blaine on May. 30th at 8:30 AM. On the 30th we waited until 9:30am and nobody had shown up or called. We tried calling multiple times and nobody answered and their voicemail box was completely full so we couldn't even leave a message. I drove out to their location on the 30th and all their trucks are parked and doors are locked and nobody answered. We have filed a complaint with the BBB but I would tell everybody to stay away from this place as they either are taking peoples money and not providing the service or they are out of business.
