Fedex misdelivered two packages. They refused to help me or to take responsibility. i also get packages that do not belong to me and they refuse to pick them up and deliver to the proper address. Sign out front says to deliver to back porch and sometimes they just throw the packages over the fence into the yard. i get my neighbors packages thrown over the fence as well. The business is poorly run. i do not have a car and have to have things delivered. i wish businesses would use UPS or the Postal Service. We'd get better service. read more

Worst facility. FedEx in general could not even compare to UPS. I've had the worst luck with my packages using FedEx. During Christmas time they were delivering to the wrong address. Thankfully, the lady was nice and found me on. Besides that, my packages are always delayed. As of today, I'm dealing with another mistake from FedEx. We are going on a trip tomorrow and ordered an off-road E bike to take with us on trails. The company guaranteed fast delivery and it was supposed to be delivered three days ago. 1st day, Fedex said the barcode was damaged. Delivery date changed to the next day. 2nd day never got delivered and could not tell me why. Today 3rd day late, it was supposed to be delivered but my giant 82lb box was placed on the wrong truck. which will be going back to the facility in which is not open to the public today since it's Sunday. They said wait for tomorrow -Monday delivery. We are going out of town tomorrow. So now our whole trip is ruined and canceled. Absolute joke. I have had several deliveries that the driver has decided not to deliver. I have gone to the measure to add a phone number to the delivery instructions that say I will drop everything and meet them to get my package. I have been called 2 times by 2 drivers to meet them; usually they don't attempt and I get no notifications. I have to track down by package to find it. If I attempt to have it held the system isn't working and I am unable to do it. I did once drive nearly an hour to the facility to wait outside a chain link fence until a worker leaving for the day let me in and I was able to track down my package. Just last week I was told they would hold my package that wasn't delivered until Monday (when I got back in town). They returned the package to sender on Saturday. I also was graciously allowed by Fedex to rerout another package for an additional $5.55 last week. I would never willingly use Fedex (they are chosen by the shipper, not me). read more

The THEODORE AL FedEx is HORRIBLE. They will tell you your package deliver day, then it changes to the next day, and then the next day. Meanwhile it hasn't even left the Theodore hub. Then the driver will say it was undeliverable knowing they never even tried to deliver it. We are the only house on our road and we have cameras all over the yard and house so we would've seen them come. Ups comes all the time and we never have a problem with them. I have now had two packages within 2.5 weeks "go missing". The first package the delivery driver changed my address to an address not even close to mine and delivered my bank card there. That was 2.5 weeks ago and I still don't know where that card is and have had zero resolution even though I have had to call Fed Ex multiple times a day every single day. The second package, I had being delivered to a FedEx On-site so it couldn't be messed up. The delivery driver once again changed the address and delivered to an address that doesn't even exist because the building isn't even built yet... yet someone "signed" for my package but my tracking number still shows it wasn't delivered. I had a package that was supposed to deliver yesterday, I was at home and heard the truck pull and I was standing at the front door. The driver walked to the back of the truck, picked up a package (i am assuming it was mine), walked to the front of the truck, looked out the door, made eye contact with me, put the package back in the back of the truck and drove off. I refreshed the app and it said I refused the delivery , which was clearly not true. After 30 minutes on the phone I was told it would be redelivered today. Just checked the status and it is on its way back to New York! Driver too lazy to walk 50 feet to hand me my package so he sent it 2,000 miles back to the seller. FedEx corporate doesn't care. They said that they "attempted" to deliver my package 3 times and that there was no one home. I was home at least 2 of those times. Also we have 4 dogs who will bark at people walking by the house much less someone coming to the door!! And they didn't leave any door tags! On the 3rd try on chased the truck as it drove past my house, then I called customer service and was told that the driver would be back by 3pm with the package! At 4pm I called and was informed that it's against company policy to go to the same place twice in one day!? We have had at least six shipments this Christmas season delivered to a different address from ours. I have tried calling the terminal, but I cannot speak to anyone. And now, the house they are delivering the packages to has been sold and will be torn down. This has happened many times during the 16 years we have lived here, and the people who received the packages always called us or hand delivered the packages. Shipped an important package to a customer through FedEx. Was delivered to FedEx Ground in Theodore AL on Monday morning. So far it has been 5 days, where they load it on a truck and take it for a tour of the country site. The business has been open, but a Delivery Exception. So after 3 days FedEx customer service suggested a Walgreens Pick up location. Well the driver just couldn't get that done either. 4th day, we requested no additional delivery attempts. We would pick it up at the FedEx Ground Hub. FedEx customer service assured that it would not go out for delivery. Guess what - this morning it was loaded on a truck again and out for delivery. All reps who answer the only number given for support read from the same manual. On Saturday 11th June I called and requested to hold my package at the depot and I would come get it myself. I was told "NO YOU CAN'T YOU MUST WAIT FOR US TO CONTACT YOU". I had two packages coming from Wrangler. Both packages shipped at the same time via FedEx. One package was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily I saw the FedEx truck and followed it to a neighbors house. I asked the driver if he was looking for my address, and when I told him what it was he went back to the house he had just dropped a package at. The package he had left was for me, I told him where my house was, and that I had a second package that should be delivered the next day. For some reason that package has been held at the Theodore location for six days because the driver can't find my house. I have lived at my address for three years, and the only shipper I have issues with is FedEx. The same driver I talked to left a shipment of meat from Omaha Steaks worth over five hundred dollars at the wrong address. I don't understand why anyone would use FedEx for shipping. This fedex location in Theodore is the worst ever. There is no sense of urgency what so ever. The drivers do what ever they want with your package. The tracking number is useless if the FedEx driver doesn't feel like delivering your package on the day specified, they just hold your package and reschedule your delivery when it's convenient for them. The local ups facility is the complete opposite, priority is their #1 concern if your package is supposed to be delivered on a specific day. You can guarantee that it will be delivered that day. FedEx needs to look up the definition of priority and Customer service and live up to their slogan "Always on time"! Because the Theodore location is a joke! read more

I was told I would have to sign for the package that was being delivered from eBay so I took off of work on Friday to receive the package and at 6 PM I get a text message that says package will be delivered on Monday. So I had to go to the Fed ex ground warehouse and pick up the package myself on Saturday morning. It's posted in bright silver letters on both sides of my mailbox and both sides of the mailbox post as well as big bold black letters on my front porch I've ordered things before and never had an issue the GPS brings you directly to my house so with that I called the 800 number I found and was told it went back to the Theodore Al location and is available for pickup first of all I didn't pay extra to ship it to a location I paid for it to come to my house secondly I can't drive my truck without headlights and third when we as in me and the customer service center try to call the office noone answers they were supposed to call me back Thursday still nothing the customer service center even emailed them my address as well as phone number and still nothing I was eventually called back by the customer service center Thursday and promised it to be here on Friday and clearly it is not I will never do business with this location again I'd rather drive to pick it up myself read more

Worst service I have ever used I ordered 2 packages both shipped with Fedex I received one and not the other I even asked the driver at delivery where my other package was his reply was "this is all I got for ya there is other fedex trucks in the area" that didn't make sense to me so I immediately checked my shipping on the other item a $300 car seat and it said it was marked delivered at my address 21 mins prior to this delivery.
