Came in during the day in a Tuesday not too late in the day, however the line was long. They only had two people working on the register which definitely slowed things down. Once at the counter, the associate was helpful and friendly. If there was more assistance available to ensure wait times were less, I'd definitely consider coming back. read more

Went to FedEx to drop off a return and was waiting at the drop off station. Two employees, Joaquin and Alaina, were helping customers at the Full Service Printing line and clearly saw me and another person standing there waiting. Neither of them said a word to us. We finally had to ask, and only then did they tell us there's only ONE line. Several other people walked up and stood in line too, and they still didn't say anything to them either, so I did the neighborly thing and let them know so they wouldn't be standing there for 10 or 20 minutes wondering what was going on. The parking here is pretty easy. It's in the same lot as parking lot and a few other business. You can usually find a spot pretty quickly. I don't come here often but when I do it's usually to return a packages. A lot of companies now do easy returns where all you need to do is show the QR code to the employee and they will take care of the rest Now I will say that this place is really slow. Even when it seems like there are more than one register open they still move slow. Most of the workers are nice though so I will give them that. Overall don't expect to be out real quick but if all your doing is shipping something it's usually not to bad. read more

I really don't understand why this place has a low rating. All of the staff here are amazing! We were assisted by Stephanie who was fantastic. The team also did an amazing job on a large canvas I needed for this event. I placed my order last night and it was ready TODAY. There was a discount online for my order as well, so the value was A1. While waiting, we were asked by other members if we needed assistance as well. I really don't understand why the ratings here are low, maybe people only come on their page to complain and forget you can come here to recognize employees for great service *shrugs* I'll be back! :D read more

Samia was so helpful. I came in to print something and I hadn't been there in a while so the system had changed. I asked originally Rita for help who was rushing me and being dismissive but took 25 minutes to help everyone of her own ethnicity. Thankfully when the printer wasnt receiving my item, Samia came and was happy to help me. If I had to depend on the racist gremlin I would still be there. She needs to be retrained on helping everyone equally as I do in my profession. read more

Today I had my first interview in years and needed a couple of resumes printed. I called ahead and spoke with Danielle N. She gave me the email address to send it to. After I hung up, I realized I should have asked her if they had folders available for purchase. I called her back on my way over there and I asked about a folder. She told me that they had some to choose from and she would be more than happy to help me when I got there so I hung up and got there as soon as I could when I reached the front desk, she very politely had folders ready in four different colors and my résumé printed and boxed. She also helped me find a small notepad and was able to get me on my way the within five minutes or so, which was very important. Time was critical and I was very nervous. It was so nice to have someone be so helpful and encouraging. The interview went well. read more

Jasmine took care of me in 20 minutes for 5 packages. This includes the wait time. While she was helping me, she was also attending to 2 other customers. There were 3 other employees there at the time. Two working on what appeared to be 1 task and the third clearly preparing to clock out for the day. Nobody offered to help her. She respectfully, and professionally, requested assistance from another employee to help the 4th customer waiting for assistance as the 5th person got in line. She handled all of this with a great attitude , didn't show any sign of being flustered, or bothered at the fact that her coworkers weren't offering to help. Paper is expensive nowadays. I understand the reasons why. But FedEx wants to charge $.49 per page for self-serve scanning?! Absolutely ludicrous. Not only that, but their machine did not properly scan all the pages for me on 2/13/20. Bye Felicia! The employees are friendly and helpful at this location when they are not swamped with other customers. Not a fan of their prices or their unreliable scanning system. Also, the quality of the scans could be better... clearer! If you must use their scanners, my advice is 1) bring a good USB drive with ample storage and 2) count your pages (front and back) before you scan them. For me, it's an easy pass on these self-serve options. read more

Marcos was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I've been going through a rough time and was a bit indecisive about what I'd be printing and Marcos kindly went through options with me as well as offering his suggestions to better help. He offered services I did not know existed, such as laminating and better quality paper for the resume. I am extremely thankful for employees like Marcos. After the pandemic, customer service has ceased to exist. I'm happy to report that Marcos gently reminded me that there are still kind people out there who care about helping others even if it's part of their job description. Kindness, patience, friendliness and informative isn't necessarily part of the job but Marcos went above & beyond to provide an excellent experience and brought me confidence that maybe people aren't as bad as they seem. Shout out to Stephanie and Jenny for being amazing people to work with! I have never printed a poster before and needed one for my girlfriend's birthday. Stephanie helped me get the order in exactly how I wanted it the night before the party. Unfortunately I sent the photo to different friends and quickly realized I made a huge mistake in the photo I chose. I called to get it changed but they had just closed so I showed up first thing the next morning to see what I could do. Being the hard worker that she is, Stephanie was there at 9am on the dot to open the doors after she had been working what seems to be the closing shift the night before. She couldn't guarantee that anything could be done on such a short notice but said she would talk to her manager about it and that I would get a call. I got a call from Jenny saying she was able to make it happen for me. When I came in I was blown away at the quality, everything came out perfect and everyone was very impressed with the outcome. You can tell the individual did not want to be there; I prepared myself as I noticed the employee was being rude to previous customer. Employee proceeded to go as planned until I asked for more than one copy. Amazing first time experience. I went in here for some printouts for a party super last minute. I needed it for the next day and We got there 15 mins before closing time , I admit that was a horrible move but it was extremely urgent and last minute since Staples messed up my order. Anyways , we were attended by Marcos , and he made us feel at ease and more calm about everything being last minute . He was very informative, patient , helpful and honestly we cracked a couple of jokes overall really nice. Helped me & my husband with everything that we needed for our event literally on the spot and we are truly grateful, it was a nice experience. Worst experience at a FedEx location. They don't seem to care as I can tell from their reviews. Elaine need to be taught how to treat customers! She rude, disrespectful and argumentative. Her lead had to go tell her to take a break. She would stop talking. I know it's hard to find good people to work these days... but wow! I walked in a a person named Ali told me something so fast couldn't understand her. She said it again couldn't understand. I could hear in her tone she was upset. She wanted me to set box and step back....sometimes you do forget the new norm. She made me feel like a idiot and I told her I'm sorry sometimes I forget. I told her you should have a sign so she said something that sounded sarcastic. I tell you I work with people and I would never treat any of my customers like her. This review is for this specific location and not the company as a whole. I have been coming here over the span of years, and have been able to see its performance fluctuate between 2 and 3 stars. They have different staff following different procedures, specifically 1 who always tries to charge me extra for things i do not need. She will say I can not use the box I am using to ship a package and I need to purchase one of theirs. She even charged me extra to re-tape a box she made my buy. I avoid her if possible or ask for someone else if she tries to deny my package. I will literally go to anyone else and they won't even blink an eye to take my package and even tape it if necassary without trying to make me pay extra. My most recent issue is the lack of the staffs ability to print a label sent to me buy Asus. Eventually i figured it out after troubleshooting for an hour in my car, but you would think a company the size of fedex would have streamlined this part of the process. I don't blame the staff directly. These issues could be addressed through adapting policies and procedures alongside improved training. read more

I am not surprised to see such bad reviews for this location. DO NOT COME HERE! I walked in to do a drop off a package that was ready and all I was missing was a bit more tape to secure my package. I asked one a the staff (Karina) for tape and without even making eye contact she says "what's there is all we have" and points at the wall without checking exactly why I needed it. She was going to make me purchase tape for something that was already paid for. I grabbed the tape because it was only 4$ (no big deal) but it turns out another staff member helped and she tapped my box for free since everything was paid for and good to go. Karina was super rude and unprofessional. I will never use this location again for my companies FedEx needs. read more
