I contacted them via messaging and explained what I wanted done. Monica responded quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable. I explained I needed the items by Wed. 7/1/26. I was able to come in drop off the vest and the sample on Mon. 6/22/26. Monica contacted me on Wed. with a sample. Looked at the sample sent. It was great! By today 7/25/26, I was contacted by Monica that the vests were ready within fours days. The finish came out amazing. Looking forward to continue future business with 3M's. I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. This review is long overdue. We were planning our annual earth day event (~2,000 attendance) at…read morework and had ordered shirts for volunteers/staff from a website. We told them we needed the shirts by a certain date. Long story short, they did not come through. We realized the day before our event that we would not have shirts on time. The company kept lying about the delivery and tracking status. So eventually at around 10 am the day before my event I found Kustom Life. They promised me they could get over 200 shirts completed by the end of the day. I put my faith in them and I'm so glad I did... First off, their customer service was OUTSTANDING. they kept me updated throughout the day. Next, their shirt quality was out of this world comfy. I don't ever keep my old volunteer shirts because they're rough... not these. these were super soft and the price difference was minimal!
