Not sure what happened with previous level of service? I used to be able to depend on this FedEx office for my same day printing needs. While they stopped doing on site printing, which I can understand if you're super busy, I feel like they may have different expectations in other FedEx offices that I've been able to print with. Overall, I found their staff very professional, but the expectations of level of service compared to other stores are missing theMark. Unfortunately, I'll try to steer away. read more

Absolutely minimal help or customer service- I've seen better at Taco Bell or the DMV. Look at your reviews Mr. FedEx "Manager" and get your act together...or quit. You're absolutely the worst and you obviously don't give a damn. Fire the entire staff- NO EXCUSES for doing nothing and not even doing your basic job. Had urgent matters I needed to copy scan and print to sell my father's estate, as I'm out of town and don't have access to my office. Showed up at 8:00am when they were supposed to open, no one is here, just a dozen customers waiting outside. FedEx driver can't even get in. Not a good look. Not only is this FedEx location not, at all, helpful, the employees there actually go out of their way to make your day miserable. Every time I go in, I say that is the last time. Horrible service. Years ago, I shipped at least 10 parcels per week through this location. Went to ship two packages today. I had just started working with an employee who asked me for my Drivers License. I told him I would be happy to give him my address when a woman (manager?) came up behind him and said we need a drivers license. When I inquired as to why they need it she stated it was corporate policy since about two years ago because people were "shipping bombs through FedEx." I simply replied you would think that would've been all over the news. I can understand the reason to have the shippers address but to require a drivers license in order to ship a package through FedEx is ludicrous. I immediately left the FedEx location and went a couple blocks over to the UPS store.What a complete difference in the level of customer service. Do not bother shipping at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the UPS store. It's close to Whole Foods. read more

Absolutely the laziest level of non-customer service available at any Fedex retail intake i've experienced. If you really want to be disappointed be sure to work with the Asst Mgr, Ifrah. She will over promised and under deliver on your expectations. I sent a package for $85 that according to her should arrive in 3-4 days, however I called her today with concern as it has been day 6 and tracking has given me a "delivery time no longer available at this time" message. Upon calling, she then proceeded to tell me that there's nothing can view on her end. Therefore, she can sell you the services, assure you that you chose the right carrier then tell you you're on your own should a problem arise. Nice job. read more

These stores come in handy when I least expect it. And then, I'm thankful to have the services they offer. Lots of available parking which is always a plus. The trainee who took my order had to fetch an employee to give me some prices for the two options available to me. The price difference was negligible, less than a dollar so I picked the more expensive one. When it comes time to ring up my order, another employee comes to help. The prices as well as the price difference now are substantial. Turns out that employee number 1 forgot that they charge to scan images. Apologies from them and 15 minutes later I finally placed my order. They did call me to say my order was ready which was a nice touch. Order was done okay except they had trimmed my picture as requested, but with uneven white borders - the reason why I did not want to do it myself. read more

My experience at this FedEx location can easily be called unacceptable. After 45 minutes of discussing with both the store and the 1-800 customer service line, I left the store with my package unshipped. I will avoid all FedEx services going forward to the extent possible, and will certainly never bother going to this location again. Constructive feedback: This store should create a large sign that is easily visible when entering the location that states what the maximum dimensions of a package are that they will accept. read more

Who leaves one person to run a store by themselves. I showed up to quickly mail a package and overnight mail item. There were two people at the print counter and a lady trying to use a printer. I stood at the shipping counter for like 10 minutes without being acknowledged or helped. The lady trying to print came and asked if here was anyone who could help her. The clerk said yes but didn't make it over there. Someone called so she took that call. Another customer came in. Still no service. So after 15 min with no acknowledgement or help I left and found a store properly staffed who could actually take care of the simple business I had without killing my afternoon to do so. read more

I had a valuable package forwarded to this location to be held for me so that I could come in and pick it up rather than wait at home for the delivery truck to arrive. This store was obligated to call me when the package had arrived so that I would know when to come and pick it up; they never called. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to this store at 9:48 AM on 3-29-2013; one day after the request was made for it to be held there for me. By 12:30 PM the package had been released to someone but not me. Sure, we all have made mistakes but when confronted with this one, everyone one of the staff I talked to tried to weasel their way out of admitting they made an error. Some of their best quotes: "If they have the tracking number and a photo ID - we'll give them the package." "Are you sure this person doesn't work with you?" "Are you sure you didn't have someone pick this package up for you?" "We had a lot of packages like that one come in recently" (seriously? This was a 100"x 4"x4" carton). "We'll look into this and call you right back." After an hour and no phone call I called corporate and had a discussion with someone that was much more concerned. I had to file a claim since the package is gone. FedEx is by far the best package delivery service you could ever want to use. This store in Edina is an anomaly and I can't help but wonder. There are plenty of FedEx Kinkos around the metro. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one. If you need office supplies just drive down France Avenue another mile and hit Office Max. Trust me: this FedEx Kinkos is to be avoided. read more

Looks to be a new location, one of the largest I've ever visited. Large format printing department is extensive and looked to be pretty busy. I walked through that side of the store on my way to the main counter. I'm first in line. There are (3) employees: 1 helping with a shipment, another helping with a computer and the 3rd behind the work counter with demeanor of one without a care in the world. It's this long-haired, unkept looking clerk that I had the chance to watch as I waited for several minutes for acknowledgement of my existence. Slowly typing on his keyboard. A slow stroll over to a copy machine for a glance, one that had nothing running through it. Returns to his spot to take a slow sip from a can of soda and a lazy, indirect walk to the counter in front of me. Finally eye contact and a greeting. I state I'm there to pick up a web-order which is normally pre-paid, yet I'm asked how I want to pay for it. "Oh, it's paid for." Really. The new order I make is for a double sided copy, the original I flip over to show both sides. "It'll be about 10 minutes". I'll wait. 10 minutes later skater boy walks over flapping the stack of paper over his shoulder saying "I forget it was double sided." Really? It took about 10 foot steps to get from me to the machine he was using and he managed to "forget" the details of my order. Get a haircut, iron your shirt and get a clue how to do your job kid. If not for the cool AC and well laid out store it would have been 1 star. read more

Melissa and Ciara were awesome -- they helped an entire crew of fifth graders print and manage their school history project, which was to make a glossy magazine, write at least 3 articles on historic topics of the time and to research timely vintage ads and place them in the magazine as well. The cover was to look like a Time, Life or other relevant magazine -- in color and glossy. Instead of showing up at FedEx with one file to print, most of the entire grade (not just one class -- FOUR!) showed up with 16 DIFFERENT FILES which was how the teacher had the class do the project, but he wanted them printed as one piece, stapled like a magazine. So, these VERY PATIENT FedEx Print employees patiently worked with each kid, got their files in order, merged them all into one file and printed their magazine for them, allowing other parents -- including myself -- to collect the pieces of our heads after they were exploding from trying to deal with this all.
