Tried to make some copies today, when my preloaded fedex card needed recharged, the cashier told me they only took cash to reload the print cards? Huh?! Now I've been to other Fedex stores that gave you a card and let you pay at the register when done because their autoreaders attached to the machine don't accept alot of card types (debit, cashapp, etc). So instead of even offering to complete my copy order behind the counter and letting me pay credit there, she sent me to Staples to make the rest of my copies. I went to this store to make copies of pictures for my daughter's wedding. When I went to the counter and stated what I needed, I was told either I could make the copies or they could do it for an upcharge. The pictures needed yellow taken out of them but I was told the printers could not do that. I set the orientation to portrait but they came out landscape. Finally the clerk took the pictures and said she could try to scan them on her equipment. The pictures came back with spots on them. She tried again. Spots again. I asked for a refund and left. Their equipment is either substandard or they don't know how to operate it. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional. read more

I went i to make a large format print. I needed help and a sign on the machine says ask an employee for help with enlargements. I went to the desk, stated I needed help and the employee walks to the machine and asks me "where on this thing does it say you need my help". I pointed to the sticker on the lid. I go here and the owner gets SUPER mean about it, saying I have to have an email from my company saying I have permission to use my company account number!! Mind you, this was at 7 PM and I had just hauled in a 75lb item to ship. My business card wasn't enough. It was almost to the point where I thought we'd have to throw down. I needed to print some documents and with the library still closed FedEx was my answer. Eric, the manager, helped me out when I had a problem and even offered to refund one of my transactions but I declined because I'm pretty sure the problem I had was my own fault. The interior is very clean and I didn't have any worries about the cleanliness of the computer workstation. I will definitely be back when I have more printing needs. read more

I ship a ton of packages thru Fedex at various location due to traveling for work. This location is by far the most concerned with upcharging every customer for "filler". I've never had this issue at any other location. Seem like they are more concerned on up-selling every customer to make their quotas rather than satisfying their customers. Save yourself and go somewhere else. read more

I had to come in to scan a pile of papers and needed them in individual PDFs. Scans were also half the cost than at most copy centers. Michael, the worker who helped me, did all of this for me with no complaints and a lot of patience. He even moved them all onto my flash drive. He was also very clear in what I needed to do to get a package sent and knew exactly what to do. 5 stars for great service and quick service. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place, because I've had mixed experiences. On my first visit, I had to scan about 300 individual papers into individual PDFs loaded onto a USB that I provided. I know this is tedious, but I also know Fedex can do it-- they have before, without nearly as much prodding. When I explained how I wanted the job done, I was met with disbelief, then "that'll be $2.50 per page" and then "that'll take three days." I knew this job was reasonable to do within 24 hours (and much cheaper and would take less time than quoted, barring a huge workload that didn't seem obvious from people sitting around behind the counter), but whoever helped me seemed unmoved. So I compromised on the individual PDF bit and agreed she would scan a few larger PDFs that I'd separate on my computer later. They quoted me 24 hours, but then called 2 hours later to say the job was done. ...what? I'm glad it was finished earlier than expected, but annoyed that I had to rearrange my evening to pick the job up and that it still cost me another few hours of work to separate the files. Summary #1: they wouldn't do the job I asked for, but did the job I compromised on more quickly than quoted. On my next visit a few days later, I needed to drop off packages with return labels already printed. The person handling it insisted on asking me 20 questions about the contents and then refused to send one box (which I'd barely opened after Fedex successfully shipped it there) until I bought additional packing material. It was already lightweight with packing material in it, but evidently the contents still "moved too much." I suspect he was just looking for the store to make a few dollars. Luckily we didn't have to buy packing tape to reseal the box after inserting the extra packing material. Summary #2: what should've been a quick, prepaid drop-off cost $8 and 15 minutes. Overall: there aren't really competitors nearby, so you're kinda stuck with this place. Bring your patience and midwestern charm, and you might get somewhere. Good luck! read more

After reading the other 1 star reviews, I have to agree with each and every one of them. I went there to ship a return with a pre-paid label. I followed the packaging guidelines set forth by the manufacturer and the package was fully sealed. I didn't even make it to the counter, before being approached by the rude FedEx Office (Kinko's?) PACKAGE POLICE. Wes immediately informed me that he needed to open my package for inspection, before they'd accept it. I told him that I followed the packaging guidelines. He then proceeded to start an argument about the amount of packaging material I used. He motioned at the box, and told me that I didn't use enough. Keep in mind that my package was still sealed,the object inside was completely wrapped in bubble wrap, and it didn't move if you shook it. He must've used his X-Ray vision to see all of the bagged air in there, because apparently I didn't have enough. Seriously? Since when do we need to allow shipping companies to open and inspect our shipments for proper packaging? Oh yeah! Ever since FedEx Kinko's (or is it FedEx Office now?) stopped making money on copies. They now need to rip customers off by forcing them to buy packaging. All the while dealing with people on their PACKAGE POLICE POWER TRIP. Utterly ridiculous... If you need to quickly drop off a pre-paid fedEx package, go to Walgreen's. They scan them when you drop them off, and they're picked up daily. 1 star for Kinko's. If you still want to visit after reading all of the reviews, just look for the empty parking lot. read more

The lady at the counter proceeds to shake my package saying that due to insurance she would need to add some sort of filler. She then cuts open my box and tries to sell me some packing material. Worst customer service ever !!! I've used them a bunch and it's never been great but it seemed more of an under staffing issue then anything else. I showed up with an oversized package, it looked bad, but it was double boxed and filled with styrofoam and bubble wrap. I knew it was going to cost big bucks to ship and it did - but they wanted no part of shipping it. The guy looks at me like I had cooties and starts telling all the BS reasons he can't ship it - including "not enough padding" - it was double boxed with styrofoam and bubble wrap!!!!!! He clearly didn't want to take time to deal with the oversized package and found an excuse to not ship it. I won't ever use them again. I ended up at the FedEx center about 5 mins away, they hooked me up in about 5 mins - zero hassle and that acted like they wanted my business. I wish they allow profanity on here, because I'd love to tell this location to go F themselves !!!! read more

I am a fan of Fed Ex and drop a package off at the shipping center 3-5 times a week. Sometimes, when im in a time crunch, i try to drop my package at the office print and ship center. I say try because they have refused every single one of my packages. They seem more concerned about deeming my package unacceptable and then list multiple items i could buy from them and repackage in order to meet their standards. If i didnt have such a great experience at the shipping center, i would use UPS. read more

I have used this facility several times. The staff is always knowledgeable, ready to answer questions, and helpful. I've used their computers, and hooked up my own. On one occasion, the clerk and I could not get my computer to connect to their wifi, so she helped and let me use their computer for the wifi rate. It is also helpful that their copy machines allow you to use a n USB drive to access a file and print it. Printing and copy costs are reasonable and competitive. I like the fact that it is easy to use cash or credit card for the printing and copy costs. Great service without any hassle. read more

I am not the type of person to write a review of any business (this is my first and likely last Yelp post), but I am thoroughly impressed by FedEX after today. My tracking record showed that my package was delivered and signed for this morning, yet I never received the package. After calling FedEX, I doubted that the situation would be handled quickly, if at all. Within two hours, I received a call from an employee verifying that they had submitted a claim and were trying to locate the package, as well as a call from the delivery person saying that they found the package and were able to deliver it to my house immediately. All in all, great communication and surprisingly fast and efficient service. I am impressed! read more

Packed a monitor in the original factory box, secured with the manufacturer's custom made Styrofoam packing material. Fellow at the counter tells me the slightly scuffed box is damaged. When I asked him where, he said "All over, the structural integrity is gone". Told him I'd take it somewhere else, and didn't appreciate the cheap attempt to get me to purchase FedEx packaging. Workers here don't use common since and are very rude. I was sent a Fedex return label for a item I purchased that arrived broken. I not only used the packaging that came with the item, but I added some of my own until the box was stuffed. You could shake the package hard and nothing in it would move. Immediately when walking in this location, the lady behind the counter looked annoyed by just having to help me and told me she needed to open and examine my package. I understand if that's there policy, then whatever, but she pulled everything out, unwrapped the already broken item and said she can't accept it because I didn't use enough packaging although I couldn't really even possibly add more!!! Not only that, but it was a return item that was already broken! Use some common sense, seriously!!! Avoid this location at all costs. I will be going out of my way to a different location if I ever have to use Fedex again! Just stick with the post office that's next door if you can!!! read more

I've had two experiences here so far, both very poor. I've shipped with Fedex exclusively for years, and usually use their Crouch Street location. On my one shipping experience, I took an effects pedal for a guitar (steel construction, built for abuse and to be turned on by stepping on it, which is why they're referred to as stomp boxes), packed in factory packing, and second boxed with bubble wrap filler. Had to argue with the heavyset gentleman at the counter to get him to accept shipment with the requisite $150 insurance as the package would rattle (there may have been 1/8-1/4" of space in the second box. Never had this problem when shipping $3000 guitars at the normal location. I missed a delivery and set up online to go pick up a package and this was the only location offered for a local pickup. Showed up the next day to pick up my package with the door tag, and my drivers license, which shows my former address-though still local and my name, and this same gentleman refuses to give me the package due to my address not matching. I AM HOLDING THE DOOR TAG WITH THE BARCODE THAT SHOWS ATTEMPTED DELIVERY TO THE SAME ADDRESS THIS PACKAGE IS ADDRESSED TO, WHICH IS ADDRESSED TO ME. Still refuses. I show him the image of the receipt in my email from the sender with the tracking info and such, still refuses. Demands a bill or some sort of it ID showing the address. I have to dig around online to pull up a cell phone bill to show him the address on it before reluctantly handing over the merchandise I've already paid for while rolling his eyes. He went to lengths on both occasions to argue the point that they don't follow the same guidelines as the local Fedex, as they are contracted, seeing as I have never had a single bit of trouble from the local office. This guy not only needs to learn what customer service is, but he has absolutely assured that I'll never do business with this location again. Utterly ridiculous. read more
