I was impressed. I could not get my laptop complete loading to the log on screen which prompted my second visit. The harddrive was failing but they were able to recover some important data. The cloud backup had not recorded anything for the past 5 years so although I was glad I got some of that data, getting the recent data was very important to me. Although I struggled to find the recent data, they were finally able to steer me directly to it. I was SO RELIEVED. They replaced my hard drive with one with lesser capacity but still plenty large. I got all my data back and the new drive, and even though I had to follow up a couple more times to get to the data, the cost was most reasonable. I would recommend Lightning Repair highly. A brand new one cost $80 and I didn't think it was worth getting it for a 5 year old laptop. I rang up this place and they told me that they sold genuine apple used chargers for laptops. They were also able to bring it down to half the price of a new one, which really fit my needs. Also, I know that they buy back genuine apple products. I sold my iphone back to them. I would recommend this business. Service was quick. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes, on both visits.
