I received a call today saying the saw was ready for pick up and the cost would be $166.28, I paid what they asked for and left. I will never take anything there for service again. The cylinder and piston were scored. Ipaco said it failed because of lack of lubrication. Stihl doesn't warrant lack of lubrication. They said I can purchase a new piston and cylinder kit for almost 300 dollars. I told them it was their fuel that caused it. They must have filled it with regular gas. If I had known they were dishonest and liars, I wouldn't have purchased a weed eater from them.
