She was also very patient and understanding with my three year old son, who was at full wiggle speed during the meeting. I print things at Watkins at least once a month and they do a great job. Community event flyers, church handouts, posters, color copies, banners- a little bit of everything over the last 4 years. They always call or email me if there's a question about my order, and they get the work done quickly. I love having them close (we live in Paradise) and that they're so great to work with. I am so disappointed in the customer service for this store. I sent over my pdf file like they asked. And the instructions were in the file. 1 week later and 130.00, I didn't even get everything that was in my file. And it wasn't even printed on the paper that I asked for. Instead, they printed on whatever they wanted. All I needed was a banner, 2 8x10's, program cover, invites, water bottle label(1). A simple baptism package. All on regular card stock paper. Nothing fancy. Than, the lady that helped me, preceded to talk about me while I was still in the store. I am attaching the package of what I sent over. And they did not once call to confirm what I wanted before they printed.. now I'm out 130 bucks and didn't even get what I asked for. read more

At first I thought printing with Watkins was great. As I have worked with them further, I have changed my opinion significantly. It takes them nearly 2 weeks to have items printed. When you ask when items will be done, they say "They're almost ready!" When in reality... it's going to be more than a week later and you have to go in and make sure they're still on track. They aren't honest about their turnaround time and when you are printing invitations and event details... you need someone who will be honest and efficient in getting them back to you. I do not recommend working with Watkins. They don't seem to be the efficient and professional business they used to be. read more

We just finished printing our wedding invitations, and I will just say that we did not print them through Watkins. When we met with the salesperson who does wedding invitations, we were a little concerned that she did not have the expertise we were looking for. We had already designed our invitations, and had decided to look into Watkins because their online prices were significantly less than other printers in the area. However they charge an additional $20 per proof, selecting a higher grade of paper, and being forced to purchase way more invitations than we needed quickly raised our price well above that of other printers. Overall, we were not impressed with our experience at Watkins. I know that they do great work for large accounts, but I think that they are less concerned about the quality of the product they deliver on small orders like wedding invitations. read more
