Horrible experience today even contacted fed ex personally. Waiting for a response. When you're paying 117.00 dollars for a service to be delivered by Monday. Talk to me nice please. Because there are other competitor companies, known as usps and ups and I get treated with kindness there just for an explanation as to why does this cost so much. It's just a question. I don't come to no one's place of business to try and ruin anyone's day. Believe me. I just need an explanation and what is going on? Is there a price increase and what is going on. That's all. I always have Natasha and there is another nice young man there as well I can't remember his name. I know what I'm used to and the kind of service I'm used to also. The end. I walked in before heading to the Giants game, needing two parking passes printed. Not knowing how to send my documents to the printer via email, I asked Tiffany for help and she strided over, totally calm and cool, and helped figure out the email to send it to. She was so patient and warm about it, you could tell she truly cares about her job and how people are treated. Zero apathy or impatience or judgment - simply kind and immediately helpful. I told her how I had first gone to Staples, where 2 of the 3 printers weren't working and the last was being used, so I came over to FedEx. She was happy to hear I had and I could tell she was truly invested in FedEx doing good, repeat business. Totally going to FedEx for all printing and shipping because of this experience. Needed to get a few prints laminated and notice a FedEx shop in Westchester that was once useful when I had to ship a package overseas. For 15 bucks it's cheaper then buying the machine that will be gathering dust in some closet or basement . Incompetence caused me aggravation and took time out of my day. I ordered a document online, rec'd the email, but left my cell phone home. When I got there, I was told I needed the code from the email. When I asked if there was any way to retrieve the docs without it, two employees said no. I drove all the way home to get my cell and when I got back, the email had no code. I went to the same people and they said, "oh, all we need is your last name." I got upset and said I just drove home and back for nothing and they did not care one bit. Go to Staples instead, it's in the same shopping center. I certainly will never go back to Fedex. read more

I was a little skeptical when it came to trying out their printing services but I figured I'd give it a shot. FedEx was running a 50% off all canvas prints special. I figured I had nothing to lose. I tried placing an online order but instead I ended up placing a phone order. I'm so glad I did! The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. Cortlan answered all my questions and concerns. They made sure to send me photos of my project to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my canvas print and size. I had such a great experience trying FedEx printing for the first time and I'm so happy with my results. The convenient thing is I was able to get my canvas shipped right away. I read the reviews on citysearch also and they were brutal. SInce I only had to make a few posters for work and this location was nearby I figured what the hell, if they mess up it's not the end of the world. I ordered 4 poster size prints of 18x24 of original sizes being 8.5x11. So I had another employee go pick them up after doing an online order (to which the system also sent me back an email confirming and describing the exact order) and of course; WRONGO. They printed out friggin 8.5x11's at the store.... There isn't even a choice for POSTER prints for 8.5x11 because oh yeah, thats just a paper size. Poster generally means LARGER. These peeps must be inhaling too much printer ink and shit. I really don't care because it's a Friday and my employee doesn't care if he has to kill an hour for a re-print b/c at least he doesn't have to work hahah but otherwise, if you have something urgent or special or something You are actually paying for and not a company-- this place is bogus and don't bother. I'll send you to my 9 yr old cousin instead. She makes fabulous watercolors and does life drawings and can write beautifully in script. Only 5$ read more

Disgraceful service from Fed Ex today. It is extreme weather here and my mother's driveway is a sheet of ice. I understand the Fed Ex truck did not want to take a chance a go up the driveway, but they should have called her (the phone number is on the package) or taken the packages back and delivered tomorrow. Instead the driver decided to dump two 25 pound packages in the ice and snow at the home of an my elderly 81 year old handicapped mother. How the F was she supposed to get her packages? Justin was so helpful in printing cards for a large birthday event. He was clear in describing options, met a very tight deadline (printing 80 cards in less than 12 hours), paid very close attention to our asks (cutting the cards appropriately, etc) I was super impressed with how FedEx quickly delivered on my asks, and how helpful Justin was throughout the entire process! read more

The worst fedex drop off location ever don't waste your time there the manger who is a older lady won't accept any packages over 20 pounds cause she can't pick it up and on a 2nd trip there I had to ship a small box 16 pounds 12x12x20 and before they would even consider shipping it they wanted to know exactly what was in there witch is a invasion on privacy and the only questions they can ask are if it perishable fragile liquid or a live animal THIS STORE SHOILD BE CLOSED I NOW DRIVE 30min away to elmsford for my shipments read more
